Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company")
Issue of Supplementary Prospectus
The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to its offer for subscription of up to GBP7,500,000 of ordinary shares of GBP0.0005 each (with an over-allotment facility of up to further GBP2,500,000 of ordinary shares)(the "Offer") details of which were set out in its prospectus issued on 9 October 2020.
The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the announcement on 27 November 2020 by the Company of its unaudited NAV as at 31 August 2020 (through the issue of its interim report for the six month period ended 31 August 2020).
The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement as a result of the announcement of the NAV as at 31 August 2020 (which constitutes a significant new factor in relation to the Offer).
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
