Emeraldzebra where are you? Drop in and say hi. Stig is really missing us. He doesn't hold any shares in PTO, but for some reason feels the need to reassure himself that you, me and the other PTO long termers are still around. It's a puzzle - one for the psychiatrist - given we are all strangers here when it comes down to it what does it matter to strangers if you, I or anybody else hold PTO - for some bizarre reason it matters to Stig. The phrase "get a life" comes to mind...

PTO A 2015 RECOVERY STOCK : ? Ј1.38P. - PTO

Madigansar - 01 Jun 2015 - 15:08:57 - 998 of 1228

Jon C I have been corresponding with the same PTO director for several years and the info he has provided has always been substantive and accurate. He responds promptly - responding to my email last week within 15 minutes. This is the direct opposite of how other AIM directors respond to investor queries with some I am aware of not responding to multiple emails from multiple investors over a year. The BOD are working hard to expand the business and although I am not thrilled with the dilution can see why it was necessary. Anybody buying at these levels is getting in at a great entry price so go dip your toe in the water ! :-)

Yup that's me Stig. Still holding. Don't post much as the board has been quiet apart from Troll activity which doesn't merit response. Still corresponding with same director. How did your short do ??

STIG.

Your not going to like today's chart.!!

Marked down at the open followed by no less than 4 ticks up on buying through the morning.

My sole reason for buying into this one, was because Kestrel had a stake. That was the total extent of my DYOR.

The price reaction today is not too bad in the circumstances and as long as Kestrel continue to hold, I will probably do so as well.

Where is the tara fan club today ?

I thought they were all 'happy holders' and 'in for the long term' but they never seem to post . Anybody would think they were just tara sock puppets brought out when he needs to pump and dump a stock.

Ten Bag Man - tempted back into Fitbug? Made a great profit here but reinvested at 5p so now a sit and wait share... PTO has 10-20% upside in my opinion but must not have another profits warning this year otherwise we could really see a sharp drop..

Ten Bag Man - serious question, do you ever get one wrong? I think we can all highlight our winners but few will admit their losers.. MAC yep did well for us.. PTO always been a trading share for me - surprised the drop wasn't more but took a small position this morning again - FRM again been a great share and held on and off over the last few years and been well rewarded GL

Pugg unless they are telling porkies:
Though some further R&D spend will be required, investment in its new generation products is now largely complete.
Hopefully now they can concentrate on sales, the new ACTING CEO's mandate!!

Interesting - If as suggested above the newish technology does not work as well as expected then (imo) appointing the CTO as acting CEO could be equivalent to giving an arsonist a box of matches.

Any techies able to comment on the quality, robustness and suitability of the software -v- competition ?

Not a new guy from the outside:
In addition, after careful consideration, the Board wishes to announce that Michael Cairns has stepped down as CEO with immediate effect and will be replaced as acting CEO by the Company's current Chief Technology Officer David Montgomery. The Board believes that David's technology skills, strong commercial focus and ability to execute fit perfectly with the Group's needs to drive sales, profits and shareholder value.

Nope. Profit warnings come in threes.

There will be more to follow this as the new guy will want to kitchen sink to give himself easier comparables.

I can only think due to the re-structuring and getting the house in order, sales have been missed and hopefully next year will finally start to see the benefits!!

Again TROUT look at the accounts here and see for yourself that vista makes over £3M a year and has done for years.

That's the reason why the shares will hold a level, also company has no debt.

Well TROUT should my research ( done in good faith ) be blamed RE the 3 ten baggers above.

Remove the one under performer and you have 29 times your investment.

"So the company has let investors down and not done what it said it would.

Should you be blame me for that.?"

I think the answer is YES, you have been ramping it for years and profit warnings have come thick and fast, you encourage people to not look back and therefore do no critical research into the company but just trust your rose tinted views and blue sky forecasts.

So YES Tara everyone can blame you, your poor research and constant ramping have misled the market badly!
