The CEO came with high hopes but has failed to deliver. Yet another round of restructuring. Lack of director buying in the low fifties made me convinced that all was not well. Best hope for the shareholders would be a take out.

There's usually very little volume here, but I have noticed a slight pick up over the past few sessions even though the share price hasn't budged. I will take that as a sign that newsflow is around the corner.

Looking at past rns releases, last years IMS was released on 4 Nov (which is why I expected one yesterday or today). However, in 2009, it was released on 19 Nov. This means it could be out next week or the following week.

Rathkum. They did give a hint of a very strong second half, so I'm confident you will soon be in the money without a takeover. I'm expecting the company to bring out a statement tomorrow, if not on Friday, and that could bring the news the market is waiting for.

You might want to buy some more in the morning at bargain prices if the rns is not out. I already own 60k and have no more funds!

Two lots of 7,000 @85p & 79p. Sold one lot at 93p so still under water. This is in all likelihood a long haul unless a takeover comes along to bail me out. This new strategy in fine but not providing a bonanza in sales.
