HL do a 'fill or kill' option if you can't get an online quote - they usually sell within 5 or 10 mins and still charge online dealing fee, so a good service.

Location Sciences partners with On Device Research to deliver online-to-offline attribution product

Mobile location intelligence company, Location Sciences, has partnered with On Device Research, the brand effectiveness company, to deliver a new online-to-offline attribution product, which is tipped to be the most accurate and precise tool in the UK for measuring media effectiveness in driving in-store visits.

According to the press release, Location Science’s first-party consumer location data will power Mobile Store Effect; On Device Research’s product, accessing consistent background data via integrated SDKs. This will mean consumers will be able to be precisely attributed to a location with accuracy down to one metre.

Accurately measuring the effectiveness of media at driving in-store visits is the holy grail for many retailers, as it allows them to close the loop between online and offline activity. The accuracy of this new product will mean that retailers really will be able to accurately tie media spend, and beyond, to in-store activity.

How can that question be answered Bapdora? Surely it will depend on how well Location Sciences is, or isn't doing.

I was wondering if we got a clue with JK's departure the other week saying that Proxama had 'growing revenues', then again I'm not entirely inclined to believe anything he says...

Very sad situation but I cannot see however this could become monetised. If the technology had commercial value Google would have snapped it up. I am also watching people pile into BLU which seems to have good technology but not something that will be commercially profitable.

If you look and listen to Slade in those videos, he doesn't look like CEO material to me

The thing is with Kennedy gone new management will blame old management when the company goes bust.

If the offer gets to 2.3 ish over next few days could be worth a punt on a 6 month basis, if by some miracle they get a big contract. Look at LSE, the community has gone. People will now be getting out, the AIM investor newbies are all about community/chat once that goes the investments do too. I reckon another 10% off current price by Weds

Is anyone else thinking there may be another placement on the way,

How much money is left now of the last placement,

The RNS talks like they have all the money raised still,

I guess they have forgotten they had already told us where the money was going in a previous RNS

I see on LSE there seems to be the belief that there will be no cashburn, this is not the case.

You can see the accounts for the existing business with the £2m loss here

The accounts for the sold digital payments business - Aconite x 3, can be seen here

Take into account the 6 job layoffs this year(240k). That still leaves around £2m costs a year, so with about 500k from sale. Funds will last just under a year imo, based on existing contracts

Ha!

Love the bit from JK "I'm delighted to complete the sale of our Payments Division tonight as a perfect finale." He's only fortgetting the small fact that he dithered and bluffed for 18 months when he might have got millions for the same division and avoided some of the massive dilution suffered by shareholders.
