It looks like Proxama is one of the teams supporting this location SDK.

I think Peel Hunt should go as well.

As nominated adviser they must have had some bearing on determining the 0.03p open offer price, presumably feeling this would be very attractive to long suffering shareholders. Of course, it was an absolute steal for the private placees, including the Company directors.

Well, we all know the open offer wasn't the success the Board had hoped for or will have us believe. Also probably explains why PH has been obliged to support the share price ever since.

Me too. I think he has done great to get enough for an EGM. Still don't think we will see JK leave though. Although the 98% decline under his tenure should be the main theme.Unfortunately Peel would secretly rather see PROX fail than succeed. Considering they made 300k on last placing they'll be itching for another in 2018. So any shares they have and large clients will advise voting against ousting JK imo.

I salute Boffster for at least trying to do something to force change.

I see a MR. JONATHAN HICKING popped up with a 3%+ shareholding on 16 October.

I can see the share pricing rising a bit further over the coming weeks as some people accumulate ahead of the EGM.

Do you have an axe to grind here Barvin? You make some reasonable points but you seem quite obsessive.

From the link above and clicking on the Organisations tab you can see that, although the total grant offered is for £264,102, it appears the estimated project cost to Proxama will be £377,289. Still a net outflow to the Company.

Agreed barvin - a classic example of bending the truth and what long term shareholders have had to put up with for years.

Bring on that EGM !!!

This is a very interesting site, that shows the actual funds received by Proxama from mainly Government [InnovateUK]

So they essentially got £1m for building an app that works with a few shops(Loka App) for offers.Be interested to see how many people actually use that. Really must have been a laughing all the way to the bank with that one.

So the CitySpire grant award is actually £264,102 for 18 months work which they cheekily round up to 0.3m in the March RNS
