So the chart speaks for itself at that point.

That proves my original truthful statement about riding on profits.
However there is nothing to be proud of here for any of us.

Ha, yes - that was my first foray into Prox - I sold on that occasion at a big loss, something like 1.8p. So I'm now in for my 3rd go!

I think plenty of people have made profits on PROX in the past by selling at the right time. For example I bought around 0.48p in Dec 2015 and then sold 2 weeks later for 1.28p. A nice quick profit. Sadly that profit tempted me to come back for another bite when the price dropped back to a similar level in Dec 2016... you all know what's happened since, hence I've taken up the Open Offer to average down rather than leave things at a crazy target price.

WHAT MATTERS is whether it's worth holding on here or not.

I am still intrigued by this 20.96% holding by Peel Hunt.

According to the Placing and Open Offer Statement issued on 30th June it clearly stated three times that this fund raising was not being underwritten, i.e.,

Page 6 - The Placing has not been underwritten by Peel Hunt or any other party.

Page 7 - The Open Offer is not underwritten and therefore there is no certainty that any funds will be raised under the Open Offer.

Page 7 - The Open Offer Shares have not been placed under the Placing subject to claw-back under the Open Offer nor have they been underwritten.

So, has Peel Hunt being acquiring these in the open market? It is not really obvious looking back at the trading history of the past week.

I would add that you have no idea when I got them and I have been completely honest about those statements of running on a profit .
It was a long time ago and if I like a firm initially I like to give it a chance.
