24/7/2017 11:03 | Do we actually know what salaries they are getting? Seen many AIM companies that don't publish them. Usually the ones who don't make fancy PDFs out of the finals | barvin
24/7/2017 10:12 | Bapodra the one spoiling factor here still is the fact the management are still grossly overpaid. They have failed investors badly but still rewarded themselves for failure. Pay should reflect success. | john henry

20/7/2017 18:58 | I wonder whether CPI will extend this initiative to incorporate digital payments. If so, perhaps Proxama's DEP may have a part to play. | plunge
20/7/2017 18:42 | Similarly, both my open offer entitlement and excess allocation applied for have been added to my online account but with no price showing. However, I am not sure we can read anything into this just yet, given the timescales for the following events: Latest time and date for receipt of completed Application Forms and payment in full under the Open Offer and settlement of relevant CREST instructions (as appropriate) 11.00 a.m. on 21 July 2017 Latest time for receipt of Forms of Proxy 9.15 a.m. on 22 July 2017 General Meeting 9.15 a.m., or as soon as possible after the AGM, on 24 July 2017 Admission and commencement of dealings in the EIS Open Offer Shares, EIS Placing Shares and the VCT Placing Shares expected to commence on AIM 8.00 a.m. on 25 July 2017 CREST accounts expected to be credited in respect of the EIS Placing Shares and the VCT Placing Shares 25 July 2017 Admission and commencement of dealings in the Conversion Shares, General Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares (save for the EIS Open Offer Shares) expected to commence on AIM 8.00 a.m. on 26 July 2017 CREST accounts expected to be credited in respect of the Conversion Shares, General Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares 26 July 2017 | plunge
19/7/2017 12:29 | Thanks Bapodra, very helpful. I've worked out my average will now be about 0.075p assuming I get what I've asked for (be surprised if I don't!) | ochs
19/7/2017 07:51 | I understand EIS dosn't apply if your shares are held in a SIPP. Additionally I think there could be a minimim to be able to apply - ie. you might have to invest at least £1,000 to qualify, and also does EIS at 30% only apply to higher rate tax payers or can basic rate still claim 30% back? Thanks | ochs
19/7/2017 07:23 | So does this mean that by claiming the 30% EIS tax relief the net cost per share from the Open Offer equates to 0.021 pence? Interesting! | plunge

17/7/2017 11:11 | These RNS-NON or Not Real RNSes are very concerning and show how desperate PROX are. Believe their words in the REAL RNS where they said basically this will go bust if they don't raise the minimum required in the Placing! 17/07/2017 RNSNON Proxama PLC Proxama signs agreement with Rail Delivery Group 13/07/2017 RNSNON Proxama PLC Contract Renewal | the stigologist |
