After much reflection I have decided to take up my full rights under the open offer.

However, I certainly will be voting against the reappointment of John Kennedy at the forthcoming AGM. Given he has presided over the financial shambles the Company currently finds itself, he is, in my view, not fit for purpose (especially as CFO, let alone CEO) and should go.

I can only hope the new Chairman and pending board appointments do prove their worth. What has gone before them have been abject failures.

Agree Ochs. I will take up the offer. Listened to the VOX ppdcast the other day and got a slightly different perspective of the Company. Before they were selling advertising but in the podcast they talked about selling data (anonomised) from 2.5 million device owners that they can track ? And as I read elsewhere " Data is the new religion".

I will take up the Open Offer as the advantage is that it will vastly average me down, there is no dealing fee, and I can buy as many shares as I want (assuming the offer is not over subscribed).

I think if they don't raise what they need then the open offer is cancelled, so you wouldn't get any at 0.03p in that scenario. I suspect that is unlikely - they've priced it so low so as to be fairly sure enough people will be prepared to take a punt.

Advantage of the open offer is that they don't go bust immediately (so there's still a chance) and they'll be debt free going forward.

Well you might not have any and want some or you might have some and want to buy more, more than you will be offered in the open offer or you might be closing a short.

Excuse me living up to my name, but why would anyone buy them at 0.045 ie now, when they can get them at 0.03 in a couple of weeks. ? 43m traded today. Am I missing something ?
