Yes good find bapodra!

That's why I think it's a shame to have to sell the financial arm it's been bread and butter for a while.
Cash is king....it's a real dilemma for them.
Let's hope it works out for the best in the end.

In fact this probably ties in with what Proxama said in its Pre-close trading update of 13 December 2016 when commenting on its Digital Payments Division.

"Investment continues to develop our software solutions in line with the evolving market for Mobile Payments to ensure we have a compelling proposition and we are WORKING WITH the MAJOR INDUSTRY PLAYERS (my BOLD for emphasis) to maximise our opportunity."

Sorry to disappoint new contributors to this board. This partnership with adsquare is merely confirmation of what is already known in the market place. So not really significant news.

Just the Company seizing on any opportunity to appease disgruntled investors.
