some buyers still picking up some shares
hoping Today or next week may see end to Darwin if they not already cleared ,thinking may then see move back up towards 1p again or higher depending on news flow

WILL02P ,Friday can be quiet ,more roll overs seen again again Today and may continue to be seen in future days , some Friday afternoons in the past have seen a rise with share price ,personly still look in from time to time see if a rns may be released ,thinking may not be today ,more likely to see news next week ,with rns one never knows which day or which time of day ,atb

Proxama PLC (AIM:PROX), the leading mobile proximity marketing expert, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 300,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of conversion rights in accordance with the £1.8 million convertible loan notes issued to Darwin Capital Limited as announced on 13 December 2016. It is expected that admission will become effective on 6 January 2017.

When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As at today, there are 1,721,245,256 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital of the Company, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

personly dont mind seeing the buys showing along with sells as red sells
have in the past seen rns after seeing this
so now going to watch prox more to see if a rns may be seen
have also seen buys showing as red sells on days and no news afterwards ,for me makes it more interesting as thinking, news may be due soon
will watch and see if a rns today or any day soon

while may be annoying for buyers to see their buy showing as red sells ,personly would not worry to much ,they know they are share buys also if they look at the different prices for trades they will know which are buys and which are sells today again

Sink or swim....i have just dumped a few....will wait a little longer for re entry..gut feeling tells me it will fall slightly...few sellers are waiting for a higher out point..but as the day goes on they will settle for what they can get.purely imho
