The IIs are standing by Boldys zLOGP and PVR. This rollercoaster ride can make one dizzy sometimes.Way too much ups and downs.First sniff of double digits here again and I will find it hard not to head for the door for a while. We should have really been drilling this year, but that's lifestyle AIM companys for you😀

The problem is how much control do Mr Linn and Mr Boldy have of the situation? I hope there is no freakin extension on the bonds. They have a EIA to do which takes a year.

Apart from the Sunday papers, Alan said to Zak Mir on a podcast "very very early in the new year". Papers say by the end of Feb. Steve Boldy said by Q1 to me a week or so ago. Alan also said early in the new year I believe to proactive investors in a podcast in October / November last year I think.. Market doesn't like delays. The farm-out was super conditional and to the advantage of the consortium. I suspect if they don't have the money in place then poor Alan will extend the exclusivity. Shocking how it's nearly a year they have been negotiating and no one bothered getting the money together. What on earth were they negotiating? If bonds are by end of March, share price is going to drop below 5p for sure. Perhaps 4.5p

Finance first followed by positive spin thanks. Business before pleasure lol.

End of this month was stated in that SPB article. They have had a stream of news that came through since this SpotOn saga started. It is time to get to definite planning of the program.Having the consortium members and directors of SpotOn come forward with some positive spin wouldn't go astray either.

Mary, End of Q1 is the agreed target but never seen any formal mention of a deadline. Best to be cautious on any speculation from the unreliable papers with their usual self serving agendas.

The Sunday Business Post article stated that "The bond has to be in place by the end of the month, and details of all financing arrangements are expected to be announced shortly." I wonder what this statement is based on and where it came from. Is there some time limit agreed that we are not privy to?

Lack of clear news is letting this slide. It is being brought down slowly by MMs. Unfortunately we have now got to the place where when we do get news we rise by a third and get back to 6.5p. We had momentum when we had our leaked merger news from the multiple sources but was denied not drowned in PR at the time. We have had alot of silence from the company since Christmas like it is a big secret. Maybe they are trying to keep things low key in case it turns in to the next Corrib and attracts the treehuggers. It seems to fall very easy for no reason due to delays. Look what happened with AEX when people got tired of waiting. A quick spike and now back to levels it was at pre Farmout at very low sentiment, and that is with a free carry there. The market doesn't like delay. The bond will probably be here by the end of this month. It will not survive staying propped up for another month without concrete news.GLA

They need to deliver as promised. People are losing their patience and rightly so. Plus all that merger nonsense doesn't help. First they need to deliver the funding and move the project ahead. I have not been here nowhere as long as anyone else, but I can understand why people don't believe a word that comes out of the company. Alan does seem sincere and capable, but he needs to deliver the goods, otherwise it's just empty words

billy - my knowledge of spread betting is practically zero, but maybe those ig clients will find another vehicle?

steelwatch,

slight correction required there - they will require 100% margin come Friday at 3pm, but from March 29th they will no longer offer PVR via spreadbet.

only physical shares in isa/share dealing / sipp etc

so the 11-50 clients with positions still open will need to close them over the next 5 weeks

All resolutions passed. No mention of AOB.

Also, thanks to Monet on the RBD thread, PVR is on the list requiring 100% margin:

A ha! Doesn't look like the proletariat are going to be attending...even remotely. Guess we'll have the usual RNS post meeting to say all resolutions have been passed. A snippet about the bond would be a consolation if it is positive and tangible. We live in hope.

there wont be anything other than the resolution passed, unless there's something pre egm of course, not likely though.
