29/1/2020 19:37 | TP,Was out of Atlantic Resources entirely when it morphed into Providence Resources and Conroy Mining. The current market in PVR is so flat ya can almost smell a fundraising.... | hermana3
28/1/2020 23:31 | I think Herm you should have gone to specsavers | toolpusher2
28/1/2020 23:13 | TP, Made a few quid on Atlantic and sold in 1984 and then came into PVR in 2000 | hermana3
28/1/2020 22:42 | Thanks cag but i have been here before, you see 36 years ago I purchased 5000 pounds of shares in Atlantic resources, at the time we were drilling the Halvick field and the name of the rig was the secco 704 and as you know we tested that well which flowed oil we were burning on and off for 2 weeks, and gess what I still lost my 5000 pounds, and then born out of that came providence resources which I have shares for many years, and yes I do have some inside tracking. | toolpusher2
28/1/2020 22:14 | TP, apologies for my moment of intolerance. However for a chap that's been here a wet weekend you seem to 'know' a lot. | 1cagney
28/1/2020 21:34 | It's good to see you mellowing Pap , succinctly put and as always to the point :) | richpassi
28/1/2020 21:31 | Raise, Agree with you entirely that us wee privates represent the meat in the sandwich indeed. | hermana3
28/1/2020 20:52 | I have no doubt that Barryroe will get developed after the IIs are finished diluting us into oblivion. All they have to do is to throw a couple of million at it every now and again to maximise their share and minimise the private retail shareholders. At this stage I would say that the lot of us hold about 10% of the company. When they are ready to extract oil they would begrudge us this share and it is simple for them to reduce it further.I am in here until the end and who knows I may see a return now that Junior is gone.Raise very soon, hopefully with news attached. GLALTH | raisethestake1
28/1/2020 20:20 | This very large field will be developed there is no 2 ways about that and i know it will be definitely developed sooner rather than later things are being done and all of this will come together | toolpusher2
28/1/2020 20:16 | TP,Cag like the rest of us have lost some of our sense of humour thanks to decades of non delivery here. | hermana3
28/1/2020 20:03 | Now cag no need for the name calling | toolpusher2
28/1/2020 19:21 | Steel, Alan has oodles of Operational experience Worldwide too. | hermana3
28/1/2020 18:38 | On the contrary, toolpusher2, I don't pretend to know anything about PVR, unlike you! All I know is 7 years ago the PVR share price was circa £7, but today it is just 3.65p. PS Unlike you I don't ramp shares. I don't pretend to have inside information on PVR. Regarding the possibility of a placing I'm just reporting what PVR stated about when their cash would likely run out around the time they last raised money. | papillon
28/1/2020 09:14 | herm - Milford Haven, Trafford, Fawley & Le Havre refineries all within close proximity too. Just a question of which has best candle wax demand. | steelwatch
28/1/2020 08:11 | TP,Oil will be transported by tanker to Rotterdam probably. Whether it gets refined at Whitegate or elsewhere will be down to economics. Ignore election as no slippery politician ever did sfa for this sector. Too busy pandering to them tax loving greens and the morbid politically correct bores. | hermana3
27/1/2020 15:00 | Still waiting for this little firecracker to go "BANG BANG BANG" Tis like holding a tiger by the tail here! | funtimejonny |
