Painful I know but still see the long term value of the 'reported' health benefits of that can be achieved here. Been holding since what seems like the dawn of time. I too am frustrated with the lack of progress. I convince myself that, if only the health bods would take it on, I would receive the rewards for the long term commitment. Sounds odd and probably a contradiction but, do companies make more money treating ill health rather than prevention products? Ultimately, economic influences lay at a much higher level than we imagine.

I saw the last crisis from a long way out and tbh I don't consider myself clever in that regard.The next one imho is likely to be much worse.

The frustration felt by me here is something similar except it is my cash on the line and not someone else's.
I do not like being a victim and to some extent I think we are.On my own I can do nothing and frankly there is no real will out there to do anything of substance.

There may come a time here when some holders feel inclined to take matters into their hands - I could be wrong though.

Will try and check out that prog you mention.

Thanks RP. Not really on the fence. If I can influence the result, Or add value I can get involved. If I can't, the control is out of my hands. I will therefore, wait until I can influence it. Ultimately, I can only control my own responses and maybe influence others in the process. Bit like the banking crisis, I couldn't control the result, but I could see the unnatural way the us economy was becoming too artificial. The seven year cycle! Saved myself a big headache. Captain Mainwareing on the red channel puffing his chest out this morning trying to compare the "company" today to the one he and everyone else bought into in 2009.
The hype that everyone bought into includes him and his publicly stated big buy in 2009.

He more than most knows only too well the catalogue of errors that have happened since then - and his 15000+ posts have not changed any of that.

He was trying to fool himself earlier in the week that the SIS demerger had brought him something to smile about.

Delusional barely covers it.

More seriously, if contributors and shareholders had bothered years ago, we might now have influence. Why didn't you try? .... Fully agree a SAG is a serious matter.

oldham, I really don't want to labour the point but in typical BB lack-of-logic fashion, the point has been missed. Here we go ... negativity can be constructive by promoting change in a new direction. You don't see the value of negativity? ... fine.

Oh come on. If you logon here and read what's being posted, about 30% of the posts are by a couple of middle-aged blokes saying "Oh look someone's posting again, that I'm ignoring".

If you want to be taken seriously in things like action groups, then you both need to start acting like adults as opposed to kids in the playground !

Constructive is not the "on other hand" of negativity.

RP; Yes, it's about large holders but individually none of us have enough shares to make a difference. Coordinated joint action is the only way forward I think. Happy to support any attempt.

I only know how to be positive. Negativity is a waste of valuable energy. Being constructive on the other hand, is far more mentally rewarding. Any disappointments in life, are best targeted with non negative biases. If I don't think I can add value, I wait until I can. If someone wants to win a negative view point with me, I let them win! It doesn't cost me anything :-).

LibraG - the bod will only listen if we could get enough large holders on board.That in all honesty does not look likely as no one seems bothered.

At the very least we need to be informed - we own the co.There are no comms with us at present and have not been all year save the H&B announcement.

BB - i don't give a monkeys what you think about this particular issue.Fwiw i think she is a nuisance and completely illogical in most of what she says.

I find very little to be amused about here and far less from reading some of the nonsense spouted by some who had little and still have no clue as to why this company has been run into the ground.

Still I suppose when you have no skin in the game you may be more easily amused than those that have.
