New order

Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that, following the delivery in January 2020 of an initial system, a confirmed order has been received from E-Trucks Europe in Lommel, Belgium, for further HyRange 45 Hydrogen Fuel Cell systems for refuse collection trucks, with an approximate total value exceeding EUR 400K. Deliveries are scheduled between May 2020 and December 2020.

This order stems from the EU funding project "Refuse Vehicle Innovation and Validation in Europe," "REVIVE", (www.h2revive.eu). The corresponding tender, running from 2018 to 2021, is targeting the construction and commissioning of 15 commercial vehicles for refuse collection.

Dr. Nahab, CEO of the Company, commented: "We are delighted with this order as it further confirms the European appetite for cleaner cities and is a clear indication for higher demand for hydrogen as a clean energy source."
