Assume Total shares in issue remains at 455,785,836
Additional wells can only be drilled in 2018 if exploration licence is extended.

Kolo = 0.32
other investments = 0.03
Romania investment = 0.25
Cash (All cash will be used up on admin costs by mid November) = zero

Value in 6 months time if 1 Romanian drill fails.

2 years 1 drill ok ================

Value in 2 years time if 1 drill successful and all 0.75 Billion cu ft gas extracted , cost of sales 30%. Using gas prices from Cegh and Zeta CPR.

Kolo = 0.32
other investments = 0.03
Romania investment 2 year op profit = 0.51
Cash = zero
2 year admin cost = -0.33

Total 2 years 1 drill including Kolo = 0.53

Total 2 years 1 drill excluding Kolo = 0.21


Each additional similar size well that was successful over its 2 year life would add approx. 0.4 per well.

Conclusion:

They will run out of cash in November 2017 whatever happens, so will have to do a placing before then.


Kolo is worthless unless drilled. They have no money to drill Kolo therefore it is worthless.


The share is currently fully valued/overvalued as it already includes the upside potential of 2 successful wells.

Breakout on strong volume.

1.5bcf gas recoverable successful well suggests massive upside potential from these levels.

Big breakout on huge volume. Closed above resistance.

At worst it backtests 0.6p (give or take) then rockets. Possible this hits 1p before spud.

Chart about to crack a massive resistance line. I see a move well into 0.8p after 0.6p breaks a for good.

As always with tiddler drills they go crazy within a few weeks until drill starts spinning, we are in that window.

I added upto 0.58p, I am confident we will break 0.6p resistance soon.
