Timetable for Cancellation of Admission

Further to the announcement made on 5 November 2018 regarding the cancellation of trading in Produce Investments Shares on AIM (the "Cancellation"), the Company can confirm the timetable for the Cancellation.

In accordance with AIM Rule 41, it is expected that the Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 4 December 2018. Accordingly, the last date for dealing in Produce Investments Shares on AIM will be 3 December 2018.

The Cancellation will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any Produce Investments Shares held by persons who have not accepted the Offer and Produce Shareholders should be aware that there may be no future market for Produce Investments Shareholders to realise their investment in the Company.

Following the Cancellation becoming effective, it is intended that the Company be re-registered as a private company under the Companies Act as this will reduce both the costs and complexities of operating the Company.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the offer document published by Promethean on 12 October 2018.
