But have Fackelmann got the money for a full takeover, amicable or hostile? I think I posted on here previously after I bought a copy of their accounts from the German registrar(I had to jump through a lot of hoops and pay for them). I could not see enough firepower on their balance sheet to finance a takeover - but maybe I am reading the data wrong. To date, by my estimate, they have spent £4,476,590* on shares excluding FX, fees, and taxes. The last purchase was in an RNS 27 June 2023 when the share price was 27p - their entire investment is under water at the moment. If they were to buy the rest of the shares** at today's price they would need £24mm plus costs.
