12/1/2017 21:06 | Not one to trade but if it cuts through 150, and especially 145, it could be heading for the 133 area. | p1nkfish
12/1/2017 19:05 | Any thoughts on the drop? Ex dividend? | lewis winthorpe
11/1/2017 18:58 | Cheers p1nkfish, now I understand. As a side-note, there has been a persistent bidder in the market this week.. he/they were bidding above mid-price yesterday & was bidding above bid-price today.Always great to experience demand greater than supply when you're long... | pj0077
11/1/2017 18:37 | Inspired Capital were handling the advanced payment financing as collaborator with PHD. | p1nkfish
10/1/2017 15:57 | Not sure I'm on the right page here p1nkfish.Bentley Park acquired Inspired Capital around 18 months ago.How does Proactis fit in with Bentley Park/Joe Lewis? | pj0077
10/1/2017 15:39 | Was INSC, now part of Bentley Capital. | p1nkfish
09/1/2017 18:47 | Think they mean advanced payment facility | lewis winthorpe
09/1/2017 18:02 | Inspired Capital offering?? | pj0077
09/1/2017 16:15 | LW, I think they will take a breather on the M&A for a while. Just a feeling. Might be news due on the Inspired Capital offering if it starts to gain some traction. | p1nkfish
09/1/2017 14:33 | My gut is that also, but this was a specific murmur, not to worry, it will play out over the coming months. Good prospects this one. Still a lot of upside IMHO L. | lewis winthorpe
09/1/2017 14:09 | I'd expect more contract win announcements before M&A. | oregano
09/1/2017 11:01 | Wonder if the activity is anything to do with a snippet of another M&A on the cards. No ramp intended, held this a good while. Anyone else heard similar? L | lewis winthorpe
22/12/2016 14:16 | I have been lightening up as my average was about 26p and this news has made me think it is right to do so. Will still hold a decent wodge but less important overall. Good luck everyone. | p1nkfish
21/12/2016 22:43 | It was and still is a strong leadership team of like minded individuals. Rod, Tim and Sean. This will continue with strength behind Tim at the helm and Sean running the operations day to day. These will be double in 3 years. | lewis winthorpe
21/12/2016 22:14 | I think the RNS announcement is a little unclear. The way I read it is that Tim will become the new CEO. He's formally remaining CFO, until they find a replacement. At some point in the next 12 months, he'll make the change to full CEO (from CEO designate) formally. I don't think they will be looking for anyone else for the CEO position. | briangeeee
21/12/2016 21:01 | I think Rod Jones has proven himself the architect. He saw off Isis equity and their complaints and stuck to his guns when Sykes was just part time and more Avacts focused. His execution of move to subscription and initial acquisitions has been transformational and done as smoothly as could be expected. I bought in with average of about 26p after reading up on some of his result summaries and listening to his thoughts behind the move to subscription. No nonsense, no BS, a pleasant change to so much on AIM. Happy retirement Rod. CEO leadership is critical. Hope they find a good leader in the same vein. | p1nkfish
19/12/2016 12:57 | I'm sorry to see Rod Jones leave the company. He and Tim Sykes have steered Proactis from a slow growing, sub-scale company to where it is today. Not sure if Tim Sykes might consider taking on the CEO role, but he knows the industry well and could guide a new FD. Time will tell. At least there is plenty of time to sort it out. | eagle eye
19/12/2016 12:55 | I'd be worried if Tim Sykes was leaving, less so Rod. | oregano
19/12/2016 11:16 | LW, would have expected they didn't mention resignation, just intention to retire and given notice with Sykes mentioned as stand in in the interim search period. Resignation isn't a good word to use and unlike Proactis who are normally carefully worded. | p1nkfish
19/12/2016 09:05 | Nothing sinister just emphasis on the 12 month notice period. | lewis winthorpe
19/12/2016 07:30 | Sad to see Rod Jones go. Strange wording. Resignation not normally used in relation to retirement. | p1nkfish
15/12/2016 16:53 | PHD continues to quietly go about it's business. A very quiet BB and no big trumpet fanfare here, but a new closing end of day high at 163-168p. Happy days. | eagle eye |
