 Posting of circular to shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting
                                of the Company.

The Company (PCX.L) announces it has posted to shareholders a copy of its
interim results (the "Interims") and a circular setting out the background to
the proposed acquisition of the minority shares of Principle Capital Partners
Limited that it does not already own and the proposed acquisition of Silex
Holdings Limited and giving notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company, together with a form of proxy for use at that meeting (the "Circular").

Copies of the Interims and the Circular are available from the Company at 6 rue
Albert Fischer, L-1520 Luxembourg for a period of not less than one month from
the date of this announcement and from the Company's website at
www.princapital.com
