From Times Online March 13, 2009

...."The three rebel funds first emerged with their break-up plan at the end of January.

They called on shareholders to dismiss Principle Capital, Mr Myerson's fund manager, and dump the four directors.

They plan to appoint a new manager, Crystal Amber, which will charge a fee of 3 per cent of the value of the assets recovered from any sale.

The directors of PCIT said today that, if investors backed their proposal at a subsequent vote, they would return not less than £15 million in cash."

i know, he is talking rubbish:

over £7m due in and only 1.7m due out over next yr. before any new business.

The in fighting took this down from £3 to where it was this morning. Now all this is cleared up it will recover significantly.

Latest share options for directors were valued at £1.20 per share so they are worth at least £2 imo.

Doesn't look huge debt to me.

Principle Capital swung to a full-year profit of 1.77m compared with a loss of 5.05m, while turnover jumped to 11.2m from 2.75m previously.

you have to look at the reasons for the drop. With this one it is very simple to see if you look.

I dont see this somehow....the NAV was known well before today but there is a huge amount of debt too.....MNR NAV is supposedly £2.23p a share but it currently trades at just 13p...Not all that glistens is gold.!!!
