Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') has been advised that on 27 August 2019 Felix Haldner, Director, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.

Felix Haldner placed two trades totalling 6,500 ordinary shares at an aggregate share price of EUR 9.69 representing 0.0093% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Felix Haldner has a total interest of 219,811 shares in the Company representing 0.3178% of Princess' issued share capital.
