NAV increases by 0.6% in April

-- Princess Private Equity Holding Limited's (Princess) net asset value increased by 0.6% to EUR 11.57 per share

   --    Portfolio developments (+0.8%) were positive and currency movements flat 

-- Princess received distributions of EUR 8.1 million and invested EUR 9.0 million during the month

Princess received distributions of EUR 8.1 million during the month, of which EUR 4.1 million stemmed from the mature legacy fund portfolio.

Princess invested a total of EUR 9.0 million during the month, of which EUR 8.9 million was invested in Project Fox, a direct equity investment in a newly formed specialty property and casualty insurer and reinsurer focused on complex risks for commercial clients. Based in London and Bermuda, the company will be led by a team of risk experts with over 30 years of industry experience. The company will write specialty risk and reinsurance policies in areas including property, casualty, and others, taking advantage of an increasingly attractive market environment. Going forward, the company will focus on building up its underwriting team to expand its capacity and further develop effective underwriting strategies.
