Guernsey, 11 November 2019

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or the "Company") announces a second interim dividend of EUR 0.29 per share for the 2019 calendar year. Dividends for the full year total EUR 0.58 per share (2018: EUR 0.56 per share), equivalent to 5.3% of opening net asset value per share as of 31 December 2018. This represents a dividend yield of 5.7% based on the closing share price of EUR 10.20 per share on 07 November 2019.

The Company continues to target an annualised dividend of 5-8% p.a. on opening net asset value, via semi-annual payments to shareholders.

The second interim dividend for the year will be paid on 20 December 2019. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 22 November 2019 and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 21 November 2019. The last dates for the currency election and the dividend re-investment plan will be 22 November 2019 and 29 November 2019 respectively.
