23 December 2020
News Release
Guernsey, 23 December 2020
NAV increases by 3.1% in November
-- Princess Private Equity Holding Limited's (Princess or the Company) net asset value increased by 3.1% to EUR 12.96 per share
-- Portfolio developments were positive (+3.5%) and currency movements were negative (-0.2%)
-- Princess invested EUR 2.0 million during the month and received distributions of EUR 2.0 million
In November, Princess' NAV increased by 3.1%. Valuation increases were underpinned by positive news around the development of COVID-19 vaccines and a general positive market sentiment. Amongst the largest contributors to performance was GlobalLogic. The company provides outsourced software product engineering services for businesses globally, supporting clients' digital transformation and strengthening their digital capabilities, products, and end-customer experiences. During November, GlobalLogic acquired ECS Group, a London-based cloud digital solutions provider with a focus on digital engineering, data analytics, and customer experience. ECS strengthens GlobalLogic's footprint in the U.K. and expands the company's financial services customer base and capabilities. | cwa1

Princess Private Equity Holding (PEY) recorded a solid 10.0% NAV total
return over the 12-month period ending on 30 October 2020, despite a
14.1% decline in March reflecting the initial impact of COVID-19. Its welldiversified portfolio, focused on relatively resilient sectors, required minor
additional financing to mitigate liquidity risks. The rate of new investment
picked up in Q320 and reached €63.5m ytd, close to the FY19 total of
€69.3m. As there is currently no material portfolio funding requirement
according to the investment manager, PEY reinstated its dividend policy
and decided to pay a second interim dividend on par with the H219
distribution. | cwa1 | |

20/11/2020 22:22 | Yes very good news, hadn't realised how much this has gone up lately! One of my income funds, tb wise multi asset income, PEY is the largest holding, and the fund is increasing nicely. | chc15
19/11/2020 15:50 | Excellent news, thanks for flagging it up | cwa1
19/11/2020 15:18 | Brilliant news on the dividend. Restored to normal level from FY 2021 onwards with Jan 2021 payment back up to to pre-Covid amount 0.29 EUR. Brilliant!
Confirmation also on the percent of NAV:
"From FY 2021, the Company intends to distribute 5% of opening net asset value, via semi-annual payments" | bluemango
18/11/2020 16:01 | LOL, indeed bluemango. People will start to talk if we meet as often as this ;-) | cwa1
18/11/2020 15:31 | In these as well, CWA1 .. a reinstatement or at least moving towards the full dividend would be a nice bonus | bluemango
18/11/2020 13:37 | Modest-but nice-upward movement | cwa1
16/11/2020 14:21 | From the results presentation the most important thing I took away was that they no longer need to preserve cash and that the full dividend will be restored soon. | whilstev
09/11/2020 14:23 | This has to be a bargain now with news of a vaccine sending markets 5% or more higher. Trading at a 20% discount and a normalised yield of at least 5% there cant be many cheaper bargains out there. | whilstev
27/10/2020 08:00 | I think that is an all time for the NAV surely the share price should start to reflect this. It also means a 5% dividend would be around 65 euro cents. | whilstev

16/10/2020 10:10 | Yield depends on exchange rate, but is roughly 3.4% now.
If they were in a position to restore it to pre-Covid levels, yield would then be approx 6.8% at current share price. | bluemango
16/10/2020 10:00 | Good recovery, now back up to level reached around Dec 2019. And that's without restoring the dividend back to (or closer to) pre-Covid rates. | bluemango
25/9/2020 07:28 | Very nice here, held for years, do u know what the yield is now? | chc15

News Release
Guernsey, 27 August 2020
NAV increases by 2.3% in July
-- Princess Private Equity Holding Limited's (Princess) net asset value increased by 2.3% to EUR 12.12 per share net of the first interim dividend of EUR 0.145 per share
-- Portfolio developments were positive (+3.4%) and currency movements were negative (-0.8%)
-- Princess invested EUR 1.1 million during the month and received distributions of EUR 0.6 million
In July, Princess' NAV increased in value by 2.3%. The largest contributor to the favorable performance was CPA Global. The Jersey based company is the global leader in patent renewals services as well as intellectual property software and tech-enabled services. CPA Global was written up after signing a definitive agreement to combine with Clarivate Analytics, an information services and analytics company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, in an all-stock transaction. CPA shareholders will receive shares in Clarivate following the closing of the transaction which is expected to take place in Q4 2020. The transaction results in an uplift of 37% compared to CPA Global's June carrying value.
In addition, GlobalLogic, a U.S. based provider of outsourced software product engineering services contributed positively to this month's performance. The Company reported a year-over-year increase in EBITDA of over 20% due to continued growth with both current and new customers. In addition to organic growth, GlobalLogic continues to pursue its M&A strategy to strengthen its position in high-growth verticals. In Q2, GlobalLogic acquired Meelogic Consulting, a German-based software engineering services firm with expertise in healthcare, automotive and other key industries. The acquisition also bolsters GlobalLogic's delivery footprint in strategic European geographies. | cwa1
26/8/2020 10:02 | About right with the current (hopefully only temporarily reduced) yield, yes. | bluemango
26/8/2020 09:57 | Just looking again at this one having done well in the past. Is the yield now down to 3.11%? What prospects for reinstating things to the previous level - any thoughts?
