30/12/2013 17:05 | Pleased to say the 18 Dec dividend has been credited into my ISA today. Thanks for the responses to my query. Happy New Year to all. | hpotter
30/12/2013 16:45 | Received today. | gingerplant
29/12/2013 20:35 | HPotter - Selftrade said that because the dividend was paid in Euros, the payment takes longer to be credited to the account - and to allow seven working days. It isn't in as yet. | gingerplant
28/12/2013 16:42 | HP - "The shares are held in an ISA with Pilling & Co Stockbrokers". In that case they are held in Pilling's Nominees - so you leave it to them to chase the Registrar or secure it from the seller. It's their job. | skyship
28/12/2013 12:23 | My dividend has arrived at the brokers who assure me that on Monday they will convert it to sterling and credit my account accordingly. | ltinvestor
28/12/2013 11:50 | Sky, The shares are held in an ISA with Pilling & Co Stockbrokers, Manchester, and I phoned them first. I got confirmation of the holding and that a dividend was due but the backroom lady I was transferred to was not able to say they would chase up Princess. So I thought I'd try myself before kicking up a fuss. I don't know if Princess handle the Dividend payments themselves or who maintains the Share Register, hence my call to George Crowe. | hpotter
28/12/2013 11:41 | Still waiting here. Do you hold it in a nominee account? I've held it since August in a Barclays nominee account - they're usually pretty slow with processing dividends so I'm not surprised I haven't received it yet. Barclays' stated policy is to pay the dividend within 6 working days of receiving it. Think there has been 5-6 working days so it's either due or maybe there was a delay in Princess distributing it. | molrey
28/12/2013 08:42 | HP - as I'm sure you know, you should normally start with your broker. Have you done so? Are you still taking delivery in certificated form? | skyship
27/12/2013 21:32 | Could I ask if anyone else has yet to receive their 18 Dec dividend? I purchased the shares well before the ex-dividend date. I couldn't find the name of the company share Registrar so I contacted PEY today to inquire, but was told the Investor Relations contact, George Crowe, is on vacation until 6 Jan. | hpotter
23/12/2013 16:28 | Ah well - only a miniscule 4c reduction - tant pis! | skyship
23/12/2013 16:26 | Princess' net asset value (NAV) decreased by 0.5% to EUR 8.00 per share, adjusted for the second interim dividend of EUR 0.27 | seekerofvalue
23/12/2013 11:19 | I just bought a few at £5.35 for the sip found them via Skyships thread many thanks sky. | envirovision
29/11/2013 09:47 | Seems like I was spot on with the dividend! | stemis
24/11/2013 18:22 | Most of the fall last week was down to the 23p dividend - XD 20th Nov'13. | skyship
27/9/2013 10:40 | Well yes - that was what I thought - depending on performance obviously, I would have thought 53c would be probable. Presumably, having bought in £s, it's better if the strengthens against the £. | gingerplant
27/9/2013 10:33 | Hi. Actually they raised the interim dividend from 24c to 26c so I'm guessing they'll increase the final from 25c to 27c making a total dividend of 53c for the year or a yield of 8.1% | stemis
27/9/2013 10:10 | SteMiS I just bought a few paying £5.51 - mainly for the good mix of interests, reasonable discount to NAV - and the LTBH & "forget-ability" whilst taking the income. Re that income ... last year's divis totalled 0.49 cents, the interim being 26c. Based on your figures, though, you're pencilling in the same again for the full year; 49c (currently 41.2p) yes? So my yield, if exchange rates remain the same, would be just less than 7.5% (all being well of course!)? | gingerplant
12/9/2013 16:52 | Deutsche Wealth manager buying for Bayer pension fund. | stemis
11/9/2013 08:52 | Interesting price action yesterday. Price dropped but buyers came in and pushed price above opening level. Does this mean we have reached the bottom? | stemis
10/9/2013 09:12 | Current share price of E640 compares to NAV of E822 end of July Discount = 21.7% Yield = 7.6% | stemis
10/9/2013 08:36 | SHARE PRICE GRAPH IS IN EUROS With banks shrinking their balance sheets and unwilling to take equity risk in exchange for debt return, this must be the time for private equity to come into its own. 2012 annual report - hxxp://pgdatahotel.n Dividends = E 0.49 (up 8.9%) - see below NAV = E 8.40 (down 4.7%) Discount to NAV - 18.7% Interim dividend up E 0.02 | stemis |
