Princess Private Equity participates in further block sale of shares in VAT Group AG by Partners Group

VAT Group AG (VAT) announced yesterday morning that funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group, which thus far held approximately 13.07% of the VAT share capital, on 25 October 2017 after close of trading on SIX Swiss Exchange sold 2'800'000 VAT shares (representing 9.33% of the VAT share capital). Accordingly, upon settlement funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group will continue to hold approximately 3.74% of the VAT share capital.

Prior to this transaction, VAT represented 5.5% of Princess Private Equity's (Princess) net asset value as of 30 September 2017. Princess participated in the block sale of shares on a pro-rata basis to other funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group.
