Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Stephen Le Page as a non-executive Director of the company with effect from 01 October 2017.

Stephen Le Page (British, born 1956) is a non-executive Director of Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund Limited, Volta Finance Limited, MedicX Fund Limited, and Channel Islands Property Fund Limited. Mr Le Page also holds a number of other non-listed directorships. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP in Guernsey in 1985 and holds a professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Mr Le Page has held a professional membership of the Institute of Directors since 1995. Mr Le Page was formerly a partner within PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP in Guernsey from 1994 retiring from his position as partner in September 2013. There are no further disclosures required to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
