12/8/2020 11:28 | Anyone else think we are trading around 42% discount to NAV...?? | chrisdgb
12/8/2020 11:18 | Good timing, all reads well, will be interested to see how Engage plays out....... | chrisdgb
12/8/2020 10:09 | Well the update's out now:- Summary The message to our shareholders remains essentially the same as last quarter and is that, despite the tumultuous events of recent months, our principal listed investment has had an excellent performance and this has continued into the current period. Most notably, our decision to position the portfolio meaningfully toward gold exposure has so far delivered pleasing rewards. Many of our core investments in the technology space, whilst losing some ground, are, we believe, well-placed to benefit in a post-COVID-19 world. We consider that these companies are at the forefront of business process change and expect that, following on from recent capital raising activities, they require little or no additional capital. We feel that Primorus is in a strong position and we look forward to another successful quarter ahead. The Board still sees no requirement to raise any capital in the short to medium term and would like to thank shareholders for their continued support. | cwa1
11/8/2020 08:42 | Wonder when we get the regular quarterly update here.....? | chrisdgb
01/8/2020 13:21 | and dont forget engage and fresho listings soon...engage could be a unicorn mega share | johncasey
01/8/2020 13:18 | I think we will see Ms Annabel Schild increasing her shareholding substantially by acquiring shares from Haleride Ltd. What is pertinent for Primorus is the price of the new shares being issued. I still stand by my view that it will be multiples of what we paid for our shares. RKB | johncasey
01/8/2020 10:06 | they always do rise sometimes multiples...then crash usually..up to AC to time his exit right then we'll be quids in | johncasey
01/8/2020 10:02 | Of course it could open up at a premium, as sometimes happens with IPOs (that would be nice 🙂 ) | timbo003
01/8/2020 09:54 | My calculations: Post-money valuation is estimated at £31.5m (RNS) Therefore pre-money valuation is £30m Number of pre-money shares in issue is 83.7m (Companies House data) Therefore pre-money valuation (price per share) will be around £30m/83.7m = 36p I would like it to me more (I own 20,000 shares in Truspine) but 36p/share looks like the reality | timbo003
01/8/2020 09:31 | id say prims stake is worth around £1m ..3 percent roughly | johncasey
01/8/2020 09:17 | £500K investment in 2017 on a pre-new money valuation of £15m. OK, there has probably been a fair bit of dilution of the investment over the recent months; but a valuation today of £600K (as above) seems a bit on the low side. However, I have not seen the price for the new shares being issued to raise £1.5M. Could be an interesting Monday morning; there again, there was no reaction Friday afternoon? | vinceelliott
01/8/2020 09:02 | So IPO price is approximately 36p/share making the Primorus stake (1,666,667 shares) worth around £600K | timbo003
01/8/2020 08:50 | Truspine Technologies plc (Ticker: TSP), the medical device company focused in the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces the Company's intention to seek admission ("Admission") to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market ("Aquis"). The Company intends to raise up to £1.5 million by way of a subscription ("the Subscription") and is expected to have a market capitalisation on Admission of approximately £31.5m. | johncasey
01/8/2020 08:27 | RNS released on Friday: They are raising £1.5M Brokers are WH Ireland PR are Walbook (who are good and very PI friendly) EIs qualifying, so hopefully most of the shares issued at IPO will be taken up by VCTs and EIS investors (3 year minimum hold for EIS) | timbo003
31/7/2020 22:28 | it means listing goes live 17/08/2020 and we make millions | johncasey
31/7/2020 22:04 | Interesting. What's an 'introduction' admission type? Not too familiar with Aquis listing rules | dplewis1
31/7/2020 22:01 | Nice..follow the money TruSpine Technologies PLC Introduction 17/08/2020 New Admission Announcement Application | johncasey

30/7/2020 19:00 | Is that so? thanks timbo. I’d have thought they’d show it if they include Borelli, after all it’s shares not in Public hands so the 7.2% isn’t accurate. But I’m guessing it’s because prim’s hdg is not notifiable So they can have fun trading it | big7ime
30/7/2020 18:23 | That's why - PRIM's holding is less than 1%. Borrelli's holding is only shown at 0.4% as he is a director. | timbo
30/7/2020 17:49 | Funny Ggp doesn’t have prim a major shareholder on their website hxxps://greatlandgol From prim update 16/6 retains a holding of 26,000,000 Greatland shares representing approximately 0.7% of the issued share capital of Greatland. | big7ime
30/7/2020 10:16 | Joint broker at GGPLaundry action!!!!!! | aidenabettin
27/7/2020 11:49 | Despite reducing the GGP position, I still believe we are undervalued here with GGP nudging 15p....... | chrisdgb
27/7/2020 11:36 | Ask the Labour Party. Ask the Professor who was just sacked for generalising about entire races of people without any distinction. Your references to " J-Boys" on some of your other posts are also offensive. You must be really dull witted if you don't see how offensive your comments could be. You have a perception problem akin to that section of the Labour Movement who just didn't "get it" that their mouthing's and actions were reprehensible. | algernon2 |
