And that's why we are paying a dividend so that all shareholders are winners.

I personally know of no other invest co on Aim paying a divi( there may well be).

No dilution since the board took over and great prospects.

Share price doubled since we took over.

Costs slashed.

Boomby/ westend/katekat if you dont like the company please sell up and move on -but you wont because you know I'm correct and we are returning shareholder value just as we said we would.

share prices never go in a straight line but actions speak louder than words and the divi is exactly what we promised with our capital restructuring.

Ive backed the company with a lot of my own money so yes I want this to be successful. Other companies littered with directors handing out free shares and options like theres no tomorrow.

there are plenty of other Aim companies who share price moves on a pump and dump basis- that's not for me - so yes I don't disagree Boomby with your summation but that's not the case here.

Also had a good chat with some of our larger shareholders so hopefully now fully aligned for a bright future

Chutes, sadly I think you incorrect on above, and westernwinston has it correct, why else would he want to fall out with the 2nd largest prim investor. that seems to have happened. Have you noticed they are not actually talking to each other on here, but instead they are both talking to us as the smaller shareholders.

If Ball stays with us and the share price drops by the 1.5p dividend he’s lost over 100k, if the share price only drops 1p he’s still lost from the dividend and not gained a penny from it if paying 39% tax rate on a dividend, why else would the board do it this way, he leaves and the board gathers the shares, prices drifts down and the company goes private.

We need a Fresho update now urgently in the week.

A 30% dividend is unheard of and now we know why, and money will always bring out the worse in some people.

It's not for the company to make decisions on the basis of individuals tax positions.

If individuals decide to hold shares outside of a tax wrapper that is entirely their decision.

Nobody is losing money as claimed but rather having to pay tax on income -which is how normal economies work. Paying tax is not bad -it means you have made some money.
The share price went up on the back of the dividend announcement and will no doubt move down ex divi -this is a function of markets and a very basic sum which happens in listed companies paying dividends. More of the decision is whether the share price reflects the companies assets and prospects.

If individuals have made losses on other investments then again that is the individual and their advisors to sort out not the company.

People who choose not to hold shares in an isa's etc or do not invest within a pension for example will have to pay tax or find other ways of mitigating tax.

Its totally bizarre to blame a company for individuals tax planning( or lack of).
Most people complaining about a dividend have been screaming for the company to redistribute some of the profits. We have -sort your own tax out.

I have made it clear that we reorganised the capital structure in order to have the ability to redistribute profits - in which ever way the Board feels is in the best interests of all shareholders and the company.

If you don't want to invest in an Aim investment company which wants to reward shareholders then there are plenty( if not the majority of invest co's on Aim) who have no plans to do this but instead like to issue confetti shares and pay themselves excessively. If that is the sort of company which you want to invest in then you know what to do.
The best bit is that investing in these companies means that you will never have to pay a penny in tax - have a think about that.

There will be plenty of investors who do not let the tax tail wag the investment dog.

Also the Board has no say over where the share price trades, so some of the comments on here are absolutely ridiculous. If you thinks it's too low or too high then you individually can make up your own minds about what to do.

Of course that is every investors choice and not a recommendation as I think Prim has great prospects but if you're not happy at being paid a dividend then maybe its time to move on. If you want to remain a holder of Prim shares then I suggest those who have not thought about the financial implication of redistribution of profits seek financial advice and plan their financial affairs in a more tax efficient manner.

I personally find it simply staggering that investors are wingeing on about being paid a dividend from one of the few Aim invest companies to do this. All it requires is some fore thought and some basic tax planning.
If you don't understand this concept then please take some professional advice.

Very good to see new buyers coming in today and well over 1 million trades, yesterday was one of the biggest volume days in a long time,

Any Short term NEWS is possible this week,

ALT could easily be worth 2.5 million to prim, alte has been in suspension for some time awaiting positive news all controlled by the prim board.

The Remaining Payapps sale could be worth another 1 Million to Prim.

Clean Power Hydrogen, the share price is up around 120 percent in last week alone and prim is a large holder, approx 400k to prim now.

Bushveld, Prim should now have the 1.2 million safely in the bank or they would have had to RNS if not, so that money is paid, which is massive achievement from the prim board.

Fresho, Could float or announce a new fund raiser any day, offering us a new valuation for our huge 4 percent holding.
Even on the lowest valuation of fresho this must be 8 million for Prim on Fresho worth say 200 Million.

Engage Must be near an Ipo, Worse case possible must be 2 Million for Prim just to get back what they put in.

Interpac Prim has invested approx £400k in last few Months at last raise price.

Weshop, I have not seen any figures on, so is a unknown value to me.

Should be at least 6 Million in the prim bank in a high interest account (Payapps and Bushveld Monies)

Adding the remaining payapps, interpac, engage, Fresho, Clean Power Hydrogen and ALT to the 6 million in a high interest account we would be at a 20.3 Million, which is around a share price of over 16p (not including weshop)

We are at a 5p bid which is utterly bonkers..

Any one of these investment's is a huge event on the prim share price,

Good luck all, this is so exciting at the moment to be invested in prim.

Magpies, we will have to agree to disagree. It is entirely your decision when to buy and when to sell.
'None of the cash has found its way into those who has bought into Prim' - the share price has doubled in the last month and so clearly some of the money has found its way into the share price. Do I think that the whole value and company assets is reflected in the share price- definitely not. There is a disconnect between NAV and MCAP and that is true of a lot of investment companies. It is up to the Directors of the company to address this issue - We have only had the cash in the bank for a day.
Once again I suggest you do your research and look at why we did a capital restructuring and look at the resolutions passed at the last AGM.
No one twisted your arm to buy into this company and as I said its your choice what to do with your shares. Please give me a call if you want to discuss this further.

Still nothing on the value of the deal, just done another scan myself and nothing, prim share price has hardly moved up at all.
Will prim share price double, treble or a lot more, cannot be long to wait now. Payapps biggest investor(IFM) said that they thought the deal will be concluded in Feb 24.

Good luck next week folks.

From Simply Wall St.

New major risk - Share price stability
The company's share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months.

It is more volatile than 90% of British stocks, typically moving 16% a week.
This is considered a major risk. Share price volatility increases the risk of potential losses in the short-term as the stock tends to have larger drops in price more frequently than other stocks. It may also indicate the stock is highly sensitive to market conditions or economic conditions rather than being sensitive to its own business performance, which may also be inconsistent.

Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company:

It’s all about Fresho now, As soon as we are told the Payapps sell price prim should double in share price, but fresho for me must be a 3 billion valuation when compared to Grubmarket who raised funds on 1.4 billion valuation recently and want to float at 2 billion doing nearly half the run rate of Fresho, using grubmarkets valuation that’s 80 million plus for prim that’s 14 times whole market cap today.
of Prim with a share price of 56p is more like it.

We have the best few weeks coming are way here folks
