dvsfm: oddly enough RKB has just posted on LSE Research Good afternoon Taverham. I read your Post from last Thursday where you said you reduced your holding “following a punter who said this company is used to fund the BOD’s trips to Australia – a lifestyle company”. I have to disagree with your statement. I do extensive research on all of my investments and over the years I keep refining my criteria for investing. Most people who place their money in AIM shares are gamblers. They want to achieve 5 or 10 fold returns in days or weeks and not several years. I look for companies where there is almost no debt, BOD have a reasonable stake themselves and there are assets that the Market at present has not factored into the current share price. PRIM ticks all the boxes. If a Mr Warren Buffett (Berkshire Hathaway) appeared on our shareholder list would that alter your view of Primous Investments Plc? Or if Sir Richard Branson was to begin to disclose he had built a sizeable stake would that alter your view? Our BOD have excellent connections. If our Chairman Jeremy Taylor-Smith and Alastair Clayton Executive Director did not have the contacts that they do have we would not have a company with such investments. Looking at Greatland Gold Plc where we have 35 million shares worth about £836,500 at today’s price of 2.39p we are showing a profit on our original investment of £595,000 of about £241,500 or 40.59%. Now it just so happens that I have family in Australia and I am able to call upon them to assist with my research and I think the person who said GGP could reach 4p is correct (time will tell) If AC did not visit Australia and did not have excellent connections we would not be invested in GGP. Fresho is another investment that will return many multiples of our initial investment. Engage Technology Partners Ltd when it does IPO will shock everyone including our BOD. Sport:80 I will post on this another day as I have almost completed my research (and it is looking good) RKB

dudleym1975: RE: ValuationI have extended the valuation to all 4 companies below so you can see where the most value is left in buying these 4 Companies. Company /%HH / fair value share price HH only/ Current share price ALBA. 10. 0.81p. 0.68p UKOG. 32. 1.39p. 5.95p SOLO. 6.5. 0.13p. 0.24p PRIM. 6.5. 0.61p. 0.33p IMO ALBA and PRIM have the most upside here. ALBA has Brockham too but it really looks like they are going to get hit a with a placing soon judging by their issue of equity RNSs past frequency. SOLO has passed fair value for HH. UKOG are kinda fair value if you assume BB-1 well has the same flow rates and resource size as HH and BB-1 is fully owned for UKOG. Then value approx 1.39p + (1.39×3) = 5.56p but this does assume well flows back with good pressure. Hope it does but have been watching 88e aware not to count chickens too soon!!

temmujin: ASCENT RESOURCES. POTENTIAL 2017 MEGA RISE! WATCHLIST NOW! BY DAN LEVI · 5 JANUARY, 2017 Ascent_LogoIt’s a long convoluted process trying to get credible information on target companies such as Ascent Resources (LON: AST). The process involves a myriad of avenues one has to go down, some lead you into a ‘cul-de-sac217; while others leave you tantalisingly close but just not quite there to firm up the whispers. Then you’ve always got to cross-reference and double, ‘double’ check that you’re not being spoon-fed company ramps. Which is why you don’t get industrial scale blogs from ‘yours truly’. Anyone releasing industrial scale diatribes on a daily basis should be treated cautiously. More often than not there’s some form of clandestine ‘Brown Envelope’ involved between the parties. News on Ascent has been filtering through to me via various contacts/sources for the last 3 months or so. News that if it comes to fruition would be transformational for the Company. Most investors/traders are eagerly awaiting their Slovenia gas asset coming onto production, agreements necessary to allow commercial gas production to commence as early as January 2017 are now in place. Once production starts then this is seen by most as a driver of their sp, but what most do not know is that Ascent were or are being lined up as a target by a well known group of proven oil & gas Big Hitters with massive institutional and retail backing for what in effect could be transformational for the Company and its share-price. That is why I am invested in Ascent. 1_12HOjEVCDH9oik_bMObYnAThere are various names associated with this play, I’ve spoken to many sources some who I know are involved all are very edgy as to how I came to get knowledge of such a deal that was/is supposed to be kept ‘Tight’. Out of deference to those thought to be rumoured to be associated and involved in what I call the ‘Putsch’ I will not at this stage name them as I believe that the deal, if my sources are correct, hangs in the balance and has a 50/50 chance of realisation. The sticking point could be the amount of convertible loan notes that are currently outstanding. What’s interesting is that sources are telling me that the Slovenia assets were looked at prior to Ascent getting them, by the CEO of a now highly successful mid cap oil & gas producer who at the time 2008/9 wasn’t in a position to acquire them. They believe now that there could be multiple TCF potential deeper down within the Petisovci reservoirs, which is why the failed Cadogan Petroleum (LON: CAD) takeover approach came to be, that approach eventually blew up due to the AST share price rocketing to over 7p. There’s lots of speculation on the share price potential out there. One broker (who must be a part time glue sniffer) has a 33p target for this year. Cutting through such utter nonsense I’d look at 5/6p being achievable on gas production and 10p if the ‘Putsch’ is successful. Remember as ever it’s your money and your responsibility. Derisk on the way up. Because it is going up in 2017.

activeservo: The MMs are following the UKOG share price. share price doesn't seem to be related to buys or sells at all! Compare the charts and monitor, they have both been within a few percent of each other for most of the day, up or down. Right now only 0.2% difference.
