On 21 December 2018, Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,500,000 Primorus ordinary shares at a price of 0.1 pence per share, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 87,500,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
