There the answer who has been selling into the rises the last few weeks, it's only a guess but this looks like it was shorted but some before then getting the shares back via placement,

It does look good know though,
And anyone still short will panic if there didn't get enough placement shares.

Price should spike immediately to cover off there short positions i think and I think no reason for the shortest to wait now to the 30th to clear there positions
