Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, on 22 November 2017, William Glover and William Buck, both persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, each acquired 4,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 92.50 pence per share.

Following the above purchases, Mr Glover and Mr Buck hold 220,500 Ordinary Shares and 37,500 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 1.79 per cent and 0.31 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
