14/12/2017 08:13 | I took them from the house brokers figure in the investors champion commentary. Has the Sharepad figure been adjusted for the increase in issued shares to 18.6m from 14.5m in October? | cockerhoop
13/12/2017 15:59 | IC, Thanks for the update. In the past the house broker has broken down the forecasts by division. Is that still the case or is Rev of £48.2m, OP of £4.0m and EPS of 14p as detailed as it gets? | cockerhoop
12/12/2017 17:28 | Here is my take on the results, published mainly in chart form: The Chairman's opening paragraph was initially skipped by me as blah but after studying the report, I think it puts the situation in a very promising nutshell. "The reorganisation of recent years means that there are significant operational gearing gains to be made as volumes increase. The recent share issue improves the Group's ability to support large scale organic growth and with no immediate major expenditure required the Group is in good shape" H2 was a significant improvement on H1 in terms of profit/eps. PRES has been largely deserted by private investors but it has excellent management and the potential seems to have been recognised following these results. | wilmdav

12/12/2017 07:19 | Results out - Management claiming to see sunny uplands ahead but debt up - Standard accounting losses - Cash still tight and no dividend - "no dividend shall be paid to shareholders this year, as cash reserves will be key to funding profitable growth in the coming months" The $64K question - Will they be able to trade out of their problems - IMO Jury still out - Will have to see how Mr Market reacts - | pugugly

21/10/2017 00:31 | I bet there are still a few nuts around who still think the 3.4M purchase of the Meadowhall site was a bloody good idea.Funny how they have long since crawled back into the woodwork now that shareholders have been diluted senseless though.Hahahaha | my retirement fund
