01/7/2022 09:08 | Plus a salary of circa $0.5m a year - one can understand why the line of being aligned with shareholders is wearing a bit thin. That said there is a lot going on at the moment, but that's been said before. GLA | sharemez
01/7/2022 07:22 | If they just committed $1m towards buy backs at any price below 1.7p it would take out all of the weak hands and push the price to 2p. The shares could be held in treasury so they do not push PLs holding above 30%. Paying down the high interest debt would be my preferred option but PL is making $1.4m a year on that so its unlikely he will take that route. It always feels like this company does not want the share price to go up. | brasso3
30/6/2022 17:51 | Brasso, re:5717. Yep. | ducatiman
30/6/2022 12:22 | 6 weeks until the next bit of news (Argentina Q2 figures) would be my guess. | brasso3
30/6/2022 09:56 | Sells going through at 1.46p. Maybe they should start buying shares back with all this cashflow!!! lol | brasso3
29/6/2022 21:42 | And we are now half way though a year where revenue will be in the region of US$45 million, as things stand. US$45 million revenue = GBP37.1 million. GBP6 million more revenue generated this year than the current market cap. Pp. | piperpeter
29/6/2022 21:34 | It hardly seems possible, but the current market valuation of the whole of President Energy's assets is only GBP3 million more than last years revenue. US$34.15 million revenue = GBP28.17 million. Current market cap GBP31.4 million. Pp. | piperpeter
29/6/2022 07:30 | Looking good now. | bengal1
29/6/2022 07:13 | We will need some cash to incubate Green House Capital? So that could be part of the reason for the extra bond? | all in eol
29/6/2022 07:12 | I think we will see a rise today. | bengal1
29/6/2022 07:12 | Well PPC owns a significant chunk of that action. Well done PL. | bengal1
29/6/2022 07:03 | ATOME Energy PLC (AIM: ATOM), the international company focused on green hydrogen and ammonia production, sales and marketing with current projects in Iceland and Paraguay, will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting at 11:00am today at the Army & Navy Club, 36 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JN. 29/6/2022 06:33 | We cannot afford to pay the interest on the IYA loan now? :) Edit:- $11m at 12.5% interest is about $1.375m a year in interest so only a small amount rolled over. | brasso3
28/6/2022 23:33 | PP, fair enough I’ll bow to better judgement given my limited access. Brasso, thanks I must have clocked total debt as PL debt from memory. If PLs loan has gone up by $200k then that is likely to be rolled up interest. | chris cat
28/6/2022 14:10 | With the Company having made over US$4.5 million overall profit last year based on turnover of US$34.1 million, I imagine this current year, where turnover should be in excess of US$45 million, profit will be considerably higher. Today's Results, although very impressive are, after all, based on the year that ended six months ago. This year will be better still. Pp. | piperpeter
28/6/2022 13:52 | There does not seem to be any intention to pay down the IYA loan. The only time it has been reduced is when PL converts it to equity. | brasso3
28/6/2022 13:48 | Chris - 2020 FY results the total debt was $17.6m and the IYA debt was $11.1m. - 2021 interim results the total debt was $16.7m and the IYA debt was $10.9m. - 2021 FY results the total debt was $29.3m and the IYA debt was $11.3m. | brasso3
28/6/2022 13:47 | Of course it must be distributable, otherwise we would never have got our Atome Plc shares. Pp. | piperpeter
28/6/2022 13:38 | PP - Share premium isn’t usually distributable unless you do a book keeping exercise to change it. That requires the directors to sign a solvency statement. | chris cat
28/6/2022 13:36 | Nothing much to add, the point about EBITDA from Petomi is what I’ve been telling PP for years. I can cope with well costs over running as it is inherently difficult to budget for but I’d still prefer more communication along the way. Has the PL debt been reduced, I don’t think the wording is unequivocal. I’m on holiday just now but working from memory it was about $17m and I find it hard to believe that we’ve repaid $7m on the year. On the whole not too negative. Wonder if we’ll do the charm offensive to actually get the “positive̶ | chris cat
28/6/2022 13:32 | Interesting to read that there remains over US$90 million of distributable reserves on the share premium balance at the end of the year. Pp. | piperpeter
28/6/2022 12:59 | Don't look here, look here! | brasso3
28/6/2022 12:55 | Will the 75% holding in Green House Capital, announced today, ultimately travel along the same road as Atome Plc? Incubator, investor, spin-off? Pp. | piperpeter
28/6/2022 12:28 | How long does it generally take for ADVFN to update the main information table/fundamentals after companies previous full years results are officially announced? Turnover. Profit. Earnings per share. Price to Earnings Ratio. Pp. | piperpeter
28/6/2022 11:52 | The 600 BOPD of new production is Argentina is probably generating less profit than the 300 BOPD of production from the US assets. It is not sensible to keep investing in Argentina with the local price so far disconnected from market prices. | brasso3 |
