Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

London, UK, 14 February 2019 - Premier Veterinary Group plc (LSE: PVG) is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH at 11.00am on Wednesday 27 March 2019.

Copies of the 2018 Annual Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting have today been released to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.premiervetgroup.co.uk
