PREMIER VET ALLIANCE LTD SIGN NEW CONTRACT WITH MEDIVET GROUP LTD ("Medivet")

London, UK, 5 July 2019 - Premier Veterinary Group plc (LSE: PVG) announces that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Vet Alliance Limited ("PVA"), it has signed a new two-year contract with Medivet to support The Medivet Healthcare Plan in the UK, utilising PVA's proprietary portal and technology platform.

This significant contract will run until September 2021 and builds on the relationship which began in 2013 between the two businesses. It is expected to underpin PVA's continued UK growth.

Medivet is one of the largest veterinary groups in the UK, with over 300 practices including 18, 24-hour centres based across the country.
