The opportunity is still there no question. It will take longer and there maybe a bit more risk but then the share price has now factored that in.

Reading between lines, boots on ground and improved global platform was required but with total migration to the global platform in Europe and increased staff numbers in states, cash available for further expansion I'm comfortable here.

Little tick up ahead of tomorrow announcement. Let's see what they say about the USA.

If you remember in a previous rns they told us they were sending out a director to over see the US to ensure it was scaled properly. This was after the transaction.

Looks like he caught them going down a path that would have been even worse if it wasn't caught before increasing the feet on the ground.

They are unlikely to publish the reason now as it will only inform the competition and if large share holders are increasing their holding now I am sure they are comforable its not terminal.

There are alot of buys today though and I am also confused by the down turn???

I think we need more info - my take is that the UK success and initial sign up rate in USA indicates this could work very well. If it's just teething problems then it's not a big deal. However let's see if any more info in results RNS.

The stock shouldn't be that illiquid with the shares put into the market by directors. I wonder if they knew problems were afoot when they sold ???

Biggles - highly illiquid stock so what goes up quickly.....They've clearly lost the confidence of some investors reading this board - I share concerns re US. Unless they show very clearly what the issues are and progress they are making resolving them then I can understand the concern.

As you all know I sold out a while back. But I'd like to say this was a great idea as a company (thanks pet lover) and still might be but the US thing has blown a hole in it and it might be months or years before it gets back on track...

If you want a company that is doing OK in the USA (I own shares in it) take a look at PPIX , its the type of news flow that tends to mean the share price might be going up for a while (touchwood - it will probably collapse tomorrow knowing my luck - but anyway rather than falling knife, perhaps catch the bouncing tennis ball! )

Sorry if its off topic - but I was a poster here for about 12 months.

£20000 shares traded in a £25m market cap company result a reduction of 2.7m off the capital value. Bizarre no other word for it!!!

Buying high quality companies with a track record of growth is also a good strategy (think FEVR, BVXP). More than one way to skin a cat.

Thankyou, buying companies for super future growth is tricky at the best of times.

The rewards however are often very substantial.

It's growth high margins and recurring revenues that can do it all for you in any sector.

I can tell you this much, I was taken aback by the last trading statement.

As to my personal individual holdings,in any company at any time, they remain private I am afraid.

Buying was strong after the event and I understand from posters here that next years forecast was little changed.

Re 7dig.

7dig are MQA"S B2B partner.

MQA Is the new Hi Res streaming music format that will be the standard worldwide.

The big three, Warner, Universal, and this week Sony, have signed up, Merlin who cover the independent labels 22,000 came onboard two days ago.

At £11M market cap 7dig has the ability to grow profits from zero to ten million plus in a very short timeframe as most costs are fixed.

Both MQA and 7Dig has have said that this year 5 new streaming services will be up and running.

Milton fund have been major buyers of the shares in the last 3 months.

One would expect next years recurring revenue to be a lot higher.

Biggles - pet lover has become obsessed with 7dig which looks like a barge pole stock to me. Maybe he or she has sold out here. The company has announced that it's going to take a little longer to reach critical mass in US. We know the vet clinics are selling plenty of plans. Should do £4m recurring revenue this year and even with a delay

Glad I substantially reduced my holding here before the news on operational issues with the US model were made public, anyone who participated in that placing can't be happy. Still looking somewhat speculative at this level, would not be surprised if this drifted somewhat lower whilst we wait up to 6 months for clarity on the US position.
