Statement re dividend dates

Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2019, the Board proposes a final dividend of 0.9p (2017: 0.8p) per ordinary share, payable on 19 July 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 June 2019. This would make a total dividend of 1.8p (2017: 1.6p) per ordinary share for 2018
