Pathetic statement by the Directors. OOh sorry we didn't realise we were doing anything wrong so we are paying someone to tell us that although we did the wrong thing special dreamed up circumstances mean that we are all above board.Really pl that someone pointed out something we preferred to keep secret!

Rather like a burglar caught by police saying that he was unaware he was doing wrong and has asked his mate to review whether his actions were legal!

Note that debtor days improved from 97 to 88 at year end. Hardly a company that is ramping sales.

One wonders if this is the start of something horrible. We may find out why there has been such a huge discrepancy between top and bottom line profits, why the cash flow has been so poor, why there is such a huge receivables balance (with no explanatory notes in the AR) etc etc.

Very encouraging AGM statement - trading is strong, with "continued sales growth and strong levels of orders in the year to date".

There's "confidence in achieving a successful full year result in 2019", and margins, working capital and profits are all in line with forecast improvements for the year.

In addition, a much-needed review of governance is currently being worked on, which should address concerns about properties etc:

Cheers robow, confirmation of Amati's positive view of PTSG and of the independent review is good news. Hopefully the review will be completed in time for the AGM next week.
