2016 Business Round Up

Wow - First Pacific took 9.8m of the 10m shares placed, having already held 5.4m shares. They now go above 17% with 15.2% of the shares in issue:

The two principle directors plus Hawk Investments have reduced their collective stake by 15.8% from 71.4% to 60.1% yesterday by placing 10m shares with undisclosed investors at 81p. Seems like they found ready buyers at a 7.5% discount to yesterdays Offer price.

I make that 5 new contracts in November 2016, and, no doubt, the majority of those will result in maintenance contracts during 2017. In the last financial year 88% of customers did just that.
