14/7/2018 13:57 | steve- The Capex was never a concern for RKH. It was always a one trick play waiting on PMO to get the financing ready for SL. Yes obviously its a binary play on SL but the cash burn rate on RKH can be extrapolated on to how long before they would need more money. Their cash flow would be good after Phase 1 ramp up but that's a long time and meanwhile they have ongoing costs with not much to pay with. After FID RKH will have nothing to do but wait and watch paint dry, and you know how the AIM market is for waiting something over long time horizons; becomes illiquid and keeps drifting... It will be a good trading opportunity imo, not so much as an investment until a year before FO | rationaleee

14/7/2018 03:01 | rats.. I'm pretty sure some (much?) of RHK's Sealion CAPEX is free carried by PMO... And with PMO putting together a few contractor financing (and similar) deals, they won't need to find a huge cash upfront.... Whether they will be able to satisfy this with debt (Std. Char), or will need to tap the market remains to be seen. Certainly SL will make or break RKH since it'll be their MAJOR asset, in a way that it won't affect PMO to quite the same extent. Sure it's much more risky than PMO, but isn't that always the way bigger risks - lead to larger gains.. | steve73

13/7/2018 15:02 | Only problem is that things historically tend to go pear shaped for me so I'm not holding too much reliance on it all working out, but thankfully any shares held are just an addition to existing retirement provisions so wont be the end of the world if it doesn't all come together. It would however be the cherry on top if it did - would allow almost limitless travel/trips for a decade or more and maybe a modest place by the sea somewhere. | adg
13/7/2018 13:56 | deano - I'm top-slicing about 10% - keeps me from being too overweight, and provides me with some retirement cash... adg - by End of '19 it could well be double again from here.. and time to slice a few more off the top. | steve73 |
