01/5/2018 09:57 | Telbat but I thought you're biggest regret was the ladyboy in 2014? | darth_sidious
01/5/2018 08:32 | My biggest regret.....selling PMO.....just felt the debt would kill them......soooo happy to see the opposite occuring.....HUR/PMO | telbap
01/5/2018 05:17 | This is looking a gift horse in the mouth.....TLW relative net best is higher than PMO....there is no rational reason for the disparity in valuation...this will correct in due course....PMO could treble from here and still not be expensive....fill your boots | deanroberthunt
30/4/2018 23:27 | Jelenko My post was an exercise in levity but how on earth can you exist as an O and G investor who disregards politics. It is one of several high priority risks in this asset class. | gunsofmarscapone
30/4/2018 23:22 | Indeed, just need Catcher FG and that anomaly will correct itself over the rest of 2018 | oilretire
30/4/2018 22:37 | Market capsHUR 829mPMP 727mTLW 3266mPMO does seem to have a low value as a producer! | seangwhite
30/4/2018 22:35 | True, but that's just one of the many reasons for differences in market caps between companies. I was merely pointing out to the resident dafty that share price means F all without the number of shares in issue. After all HUR only has 5.3 shares in issue, TLW has 1 share and good old PMO has 2.45 shares in issue ;-) | oilretire
30/4/2018 22:18 | And debt and PMO has a lot of that! | chinahere
30/4/2018 22:03 | What use is that info?? You do realise you have to take into account the amount of shares in issue before the share price has any relevance for comparing companies?? | oilretire
30/4/2018 21:17 | HUR 43P TLW 228 PMO 93P LOL Says it all really | marvin9
30/4/2018 21:06 | lol, don't expect to much from the PMO share price lol | marvin9
30/4/2018 20:55 | Oil going to $80 soon pmo place your bets | asa8
30/4/2018 18:02 | Guns, It is low risk in the sense they do not have to spend millions drilling a hole hoping to find oil, it's already producing and they know it can produce more BPD than original estimates. Regarding your political imput, don't waste your energy. | jelenko
30/4/2018 17:06 | jelenko Catcher is definitely not low risk, far from being fully understood but I will defer to your point of view. Low risk doesnot imply high reward, this is the UKCS and if the student trotskyists ever take power or are in Arlene’s position (facesitting Teresa May on hot days at her leisure) they and the Corbyn socialists will SQUEEZE PMO’s PIPS and all the others until you squeal almost as loudly as Arlene on May. | gunsofmarscapone
30/4/2018 17:05 | Looks like it's pulling back up !Chunky buying !Sicknote | s34icknote
30/4/2018 16:18 | All in the share price Todger60 all in the share price. Why has the share price not soured today on this fantastic news on further debt reduction Mr Todger60? Simply share price manipulation by Puppet Jabbas mates. Shocking and so obvious; appalling share price performance on such good news. PMO SHOULD BE AT LEAST £1.60 TODAY, BUT ALAS; JABBAS MATES ARE COOKING THE BOOKS WITH HIS BLESSING; HISTORICALLY! | marvin9
30/4/2018 16:14 | Absolutely!! | badger60
30/4/2018 16:02 | Farm down catcher, you must be joking, I hope they buy MOL's bit. That's as low risk as it gets in my book. | jelenko
30/4/2018 13:35 | Spot of informed speculation. Does anyone agree that further asset sales of a more substantial nature are required both to demolish the debt pile and to fund the development of the giant field in the Premier portfolio? Solan, disappointing almost sub-commercial flow yet with reasonable resources/reserves. Complete offload? Catcher, a complex reservoir not yet fully understood, flow rate as expected, potential farm down @ 10-14 $bbl? Zama, adding debt, geological and fiscal complexity? transfer of ownership at resource level prices ie 3-4$ bbl. Pure speculation but would enable the giant field in the portfolio along with numerous satellite accumulations to be developed. Spot of relatively low risk exploration and/or appraisals also? This business could be greatly simplified and focused on massive fields and production. I’ve always remained away from Pmo even when the media toads were pumping it, far far too complex in my view, operations scattered all over the sphere! | gunsofmarscapone |
