As Steve73 noted PMO1 now close to par. Bonds at par (unless there is a major bout of inflation) is pretty essential for the market to think equity has any value at all. Very positive. The share price will do whatever it does, but will ultimately find its value.

I hope it can escape the clutches of the hedge funds and TD can avoid ballsing up Catcher. I 'expect' a move above £1 in the next 6 months if all goes ok and I 'hope' for double that if oil plays ball by the end of 2018 but then again I did expect it to be well over £1 by mid 2017 and we've gone backwards so I am no judge at all.

John, they will want shareprice growth AFTER they have closed off their bond arbitrage trades ;-)

To close these arbitrage trades they would have to sell their bonds / cover their short equity positions at the same time (limits risk)

I guess they want the maximum profits aka bonds at peak value + as low as possible shareprice. Bonds are currently trading around 99% face value therefore one would hope that now is as good a time as ever to close out (Unless they really want to hold the bonds for the income...interest !)

The warrants are like a freebie. Get the shareprice up as high as possible, exercise the warrants at a far lower price per share, dump the shares into the market place for a risk free handsome profit. Easy !
