Blips in the closing auction never follow through the next morning (especially big ones like last night) so not fussed about this mornings action.

Last AT trade before the auction last night was 66.75 I think, so given another drop in Brent we are doing okay.

In fact, there seems to be a real willingness to reinforce the bid at 67 despite it being taken out several times.

They keep trying to drop this on the open ! Think the rises will get bigger and bigger as the market realises the oil market has rebalanced . Oil plus 60 My feeling is we may get back to 70 dollars by mid next year when the lack of investment kicks in . Sicknote N a I Holding lots !

Hey Marvin, your controllers have gone long....welcome to the "Club of Rampers".

Cat making good progress at 11-12knts to keep away from the migrants inflatables (not that any of them would want to be taken to Nigg - apologies to any "Nigg"ers here). Should be rounding the northern tip of Tunisia in a couple of hours, and then passing Gibralter on or about the 1st Oct. Might be some web-cams available there???

btw, I'm a bit concerned about Solan.. I've not seen any offloading there since 13th Aug. That's almost 150% of the previous interval, so well overdue. I check every day, and keep a eye out for incoming shuttles (usually pick them up around 24 hours before arrival) so it's unlikely that I've missed it, but possible it's snuck in and out again... Does anyone else keep watch on that.? If I'm right it suggests Solan's rate is now down to less than about 5-6 kbopd.

Between sicilly and Tunisia being tugged at 8.5knots by the look of it
