Reduction of Capital

Following the General Meeting held on 11 January 2021, the Company announces that at a hearing in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales on 9 February 2021, an order was given confirming the cancellation of the entire amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account (the "Reduction of Capital").

The order was produced to the Registrar of Companies and was registered on 10 February 2021, making the Reduction of Capital effective.

The Company confirms that following the Reduction of Capital, the number of issued shares and the rights attaching to those shares remain unchanged. As at 10 February 2021, the total number of ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each of the Company was 854,349,297.
