RNS out:-

Premier Direct Group Plc (the "Company") yesterday received notification that Mr Peter Gyllenhammar now has with the sale of 1,000,000 shares on 17th November 2006 and 85,000 shares on 20th November 2006 a beneficial interest in 1,315,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company, representing approximately 6.34 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Not bad for Mr G at least £76k profit in a few months.

probably won't get an RNS, it was just under 1%.

I think we'll see director buys after the AGM myself.

No details as yet of the large purchase/sale the other day. 1.7m or so wasn't it?

More sells than buys this am but the price is up and bow 2 on the bid on level II - must be a bigger buy lurking imo.

Agreed - if trading is poor then they wouldn't have said what they did less than a week ago!

All the bad news in the price imo. The new management here is a big signal imo.

Sticking with the old management would have been a disaster and a signal of no chnange to come.
AGM is due around mid Dec so I supect that stops directors buying akead of that without being insider trading. If I were them I'd be happy to allow it to drift till then, then get my buy order in on a positive AGM statement.

All,

I asked Eric McClenaghan to clarify the new Income recognition policy. He has come back (very quickly I may add) and has said that the agents DO have a right to return a quantity of their stock within a set time frame.

He would not give any further details as he has stated that this would be commercially sensitive information.

Its good to see Eric getting back so quick and another 'tick' in the box for me.

The only thing that I might add is are they growing sales as a result of lower margins? Historically they have been very high 38%!
