23/11/2006 10:04 | RNS out:- Premier Direct Group Plc (the "Company") yesterday received notification that Mr Peter Gyllenhammar now has with the sale of 1,000,000 shares on 17th November 2006 and 85,000 shares on 20th November 2006 a beneficial interest in 1,315,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company, representing approximately 6.34 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Not bad for Mr G at least £76k profit in a few months. | morwood
23/11/2006 06:55 | callum So which board did you mean to post that on? Cheers, Martin | shanklin
22/11/2006 11:20 | apologies topvest and CR - was on the wrong thread - have no knowledge of current trading at PDR, I'm afraid! | callumross
22/11/2006 10:44 | probably won't get an RNS, it was just under 1%. I think we'll see director buys after the AGM myself. CR | cockneyrebel
22/11/2006 10:30 | No details as yet of the large purchase/sale the other day. 1.7m or so wasn't it? | morwood
22/11/2006 10:03 | More sells than buys this am but the price is up and bow 2 on the bid on level II - must be a bigger buy lurking imo. CR | cockneyrebel
21/11/2006 21:13 | Agreed - if trading is poor then they wouldn't have said what they did less than a week ago! | topvest
21/11/2006 15:57 | bollx CR | cockneyrebel
21/11/2006 12:10 | trading is poor, I believe | callumross
21/11/2006 11:29 | AGM on Dec 15 so 24 days away - definitely cant buy at the moment if they are going to give a tading update then imo. CR | cockneyrebel
21/11/2006 11:23 | All the bad news in the price imo. The new management here is a big signal imo. Sticking with the old management would have been a disaster and a signal of no chnange to come. AGM is due around mid Dec so I supect that stops directors buying akead of that without being insider trading. If I were them I'd be happy to allow it to drift till then, then get my buy order in on a positive AGM statement. CR | cockneyrebel
20/11/2006 14:20 | All, I asked Eric McClenaghan to clarify the new Income recognition policy. He has come back (very quickly I may add) and has said that the agents DO have a right to return a quantity of their stock within a set time frame. He would not give any further details as he has stated that this would be commercially sensitive information. Its good to see Eric getting back so quick and another 'tick' in the box for me. | morwood
20/11/2006 10:21 | In for a few this morning 8-) | bigbigdave
20/11/2006 09:19 | The only thing that I might add is are they growing sales as a result of lower margins? Historically they have been very high 38%! | morwood
