Per Zimbabwe news, it was said that the CHINESE are actively into the DFS.
George Roach himself said that the NEW CHINESE DIRECTOR is a Geo with a lot of experience and he can help him relating to a pilot floatation.

The shareholder group earlier this: ‘big big week’. The shareholder group today: ‘big big news in 3-4 weeks’. Their attempt at a pump and trade didn’t go exactly as planned.

Just got off the phone with George. He said that all the delays over the previous year were because he didn't realize you need a drill rig AND a tractor. George only ordered the drill rigs and no tractors. But as you see from the video posted today, the tractor has arrived and as George says 'a tractor is used to move the drill rig'.

London South East PREM; Share trades:

One BUY at 11:01, Wed, 27 Apr 2022 for 6.812 Million shares [PREM] for £19,990.
[denoted blue for Buy].

At 10:54am, also today, Buy at 0.2918p for £162.43.
At 11:12, also today, Buy at 0.2957 for 200,000 Prem shares for £591.40

So, checking the trade close to the 11:01 am time of the big buy, it would appear its a buy.

I have just checked live price, it is 0.288p to sell or the 0.2954p to buy @2:41pm, Wed, 27 Apr 2022 [Advertised is 0.28p to sell and 0.30p to buy].

An article recently from Zimbabwe mentioned that Suzhou are taking an active role in the DFS. This is logical and reasonable given they have a director on the board who is an experienced Geologist.

PREM ZULU DFS
Expected end of year. Cant say whether there will be delay or not as norm.

DRILLING
Short video shown today of drill rig moving to drill new area.
Yesterday, short video from the manager giving details of how its going etc.
Tomorrow, George Roach will give an interview with Q & A on Stockbox along with 2 other co's.

JORC
The Zulu JORC is 20Mt which was the same as Atlantic's resource JORC before they recently upgraded it to 30Mt. At the time of the Piedmont JV, it was only 20Mt at Atlantic. Atlantic has NO PFS, DFS etc but the share price today is 54.9p with a MKT CAP OF £314 Million vs £65m area for PREM @0.29p mid.

WILL GEORGE SELL OR WILL IT BE A JV
Whilst Souzou has 13% stake in PREM, it cannot be envisaged that PREM will become the operator of the mine with 51% share. Why? At best, its 50% 50% like Piedmont/Atlantic but NEVER 51%.

Once DFS is completed say, negotiations could have started because no one waits to the last min for discussion etc. So, when will the discussion start?
Not sure but the RNS did say that it is factored in ie further negotiations with Suzhou?

Just on the ZULU CURRENT JORC ITSELF SPEAKS FOR ITSELF given that 20Mt sufficed for
Piedmont to do a deal as it also attracted Suzhou to PREM's Zulu lithium project, Zimbabwe.

When George bought MNH the shareholder group said 'amazing deal', 'Neil will drive value for prem'. Now Neil resigns and the shareholder groups is 'excellent news. we don't have to buy mnh anymore'. George could tell them tomorrow prem is buying diamond licenses in northern england and they would be 'excellent news. amazing deal'.

Resignation of Director

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), announces the resignation of Neil Herbert from the board of Premier with immediate effect.

George Roach, CEO commented, " Mr Herbert re-joined the Premier board at a critical time in the rejuvenation of the Company and I express my thanks and appreciation for this. Mr Herbert leaves the board to pursue his other business interests including his recent appointment as executive Chairman of Atlantic Lithium. I have agreed to act for a limited period as the interim Chairman.

Premier is in consultation with competent board candidates and will look to announce further corporate changes in the near future".
