GR strikes again! What happened to the epo? Or rha? Oh yes, they were just floated to get some volume so GR could get the placing off. Classic prem.

Fair comment mal, still think ff. D will multi, multi multi bag this year, but you know me of course trading it. It is the only way money will be made on aim now. Aim has changed over the years, you have to change with it or your finances will suffer. Never mind you keep supporting the fat man who has crucified this company.

another strong day. shows the confidence the market has in GR and the assets.

Also, why didn't GR mention Circum in the latest podcast. it was his decision to invest in Circum rather then use the funds to bring Zulu to DFS so I would think he should be talking about Circum everyday!

Don't get me wrong, I do think some things will come good like zulu and circum, but it's whether it comes good for current holders.

ted - when you saw the recent rns, did you not think bloody hell, he's gone and bought another asset and increased the risk, just when we have zero cash and need some good news on what we have?

I am long but this latest move does worry me, I bought in last year but he has decimated my investment thus far.

Thanks pooler1.

It took an awful time and effort to get here but I finally mananaged it about a year ago.

It was strange at first but I'm getting used to it and I quite like it now.

bushranger the number of shares to cover the costs in the deals aren't fixed. The floor is fixed but not the ceiling.

You have considered the equity releases in isolation though that's the point I'm making. You perhaps don't realise it.

Given the equity releases are future events you need to make a reasonable prediction of what Prems MC too at the time of those events in order to estimate the number of shares needed.

Come on bushranger! This isn't rocket science!

I'm leaving the BB now for a while so good luck with your reasoning.

tedoby2 states "How do you know there will be 10bn shares in issue and why are you considering that fundamental in isolation?" For someone who is trying to convince people PREM is investable and could easily ten bag you seem to have no knowledge of even the basic fundamentals about PREM ..like the number of shares in issue. PREM currently has 6.8 BILLION shares in issue thanks to GRs constant dillution. This deal to the value of $ 5.1M which will be paid With PREM shares thereby dilluting current shareholders even further will add approx another 3.9 BILLION shares = 10.7 BILLION. I did not consider this in isolation. I stated why a company with this amount of shares that is loss making and will continue to be for the forseeable future will not ten bag by the end of the year. If this deal goes through I only see further shareholder destruction.

Ted - prem is out of cash. It’s just running up IOUs. It’s common knowledge that the BOD have not been taking salary but the moment we do a placement guess what. All those arrears will be covered from placing funds.

We are going on 14 months since the rha on c&m announcement and GR hasn’t done a single thing to move this company forward. Now he’s proposing to do the only thing he knows how to (raise with retail investors) to buy another asset. I really don’t understand why people still think he’s acting in the best interests of the company. This is now a lifestyle company through and through.

The only reason GR sounds like he’s trying now is that it went sideways on him earlier than he thought and the share price tanked and he can’t raise enough. So he made up this HBR excuse to increase the cap once again.

bushranger thanks again for your comments. Although still you avoid my previous questions.

Reluctantly here's another.

You're propositioning as fact "if the current deal goes ahead their will be 10700000000 (10.7 BILLION) PREM shares in issue" How do you know there will be 10bn shares in issue and why are you considering that fundamental in isolation?

Your other views such as the one on Prems future value are obviously ill conceived too and therefore pretty much worthless I'm afraid. Certainly to me anyway.

I'M not sure if it laughable or just sad that tedoby2 thinks this could ten bag or more this year. These statements are thrown around like sweets to temp the foolish. No serious examination of the facts can justify it. If the current deal goes ahead their will be 10700000000 (10.7 BILLION) PREM shares in issue. At ten times todays share price PREM would be valued at approx 118 Million. There is no way this loss making company, that will need further cash for working capital, hoping to start mining gold in min 9 months time and reopen RHA all of which could still remain unprofitable, will be worth 118 Million any time this year or forseeable future.

Val I'm just not aligned with you comments. We needn't rely on GR to do anything now. Well anything material anyway in my view.

Shareholder value to some degree is out of his hands. The heads of terms on HDR have been agreed and it's up to us to vote. It's not GR's decision and if the posts positive GR will do very little.

I think you'll find a deal on RHA has been struck now and we'll all hear about it sooner rather than later.

Circum is out of GR's hands. he's not even an influence in it anymore. events will take their course. If you believe what's been said the debt part of finance is more or less sorted and if it goes the likely route than the eqity raise will be sorted soon. Two brokers are working on it and there are eight investors interested. raising $350m of a project of that size with eight offers on the table should tell us the Corporate Action isn't too far away now.

There will be many positive pi's that will be happy to see you gone if you do sell at 0.30p. I'm not one of those however. Your's nowhere near stupid and with a positive outlook you're comments would be valuable in my opinion.

GR isn't on record as saying he's happy to raise at 0.085p. You're mistaken and may of misheard him He's on record as saying quite the opposite in fact and that's evidenced by the parameters have been set in the agreements. i.e. not ceiling but a floor!

You know this perhaps better than I but dilution isn't necessarily a bad thing sometimes. It can be positive it the effect is accretive. It's measured by estimating the future shares in issue against a reasonable assessment of the future Market Cap and that's often takes no more than a quick look at where the share price sits on a notional development curve. My Guess is there will be no more than 30% increase in equity needed to see this share price ten bag or more this year.

Changes will come. They're virtually unstoppable. Most of us are underwater and have taken the pain. Now it's time to help take the gain.

Good luck whatever you decide.
