I think my first 2 emails which I sent in August and September the language I used was too strong. In a way reflected my mood after the YA and D - Beta deal was announced. This is the bottom imo guys

After the 3rd email i finally got a reply from George today.I made clear my displeasure at the way prem has been financed over last 2 years from the Darwin and recent YA and D - Beta deal.I made clear that some of us are losing trust in him and his decision making. He understands how some of us feel and I can see big change here. Will not be surprised to See 1p+ in 2/3 months.Lots happening on Zulu, rha and circum.

He's clearly way over his head in this company which is not good news because it will cloud his judgement,

Nearly 3 years ago George did loan this company a lot of his personal money. Am not sure if all has been paid back though.

No he's got a bank loan Vitec and he's asking the bank to convert the debt into shares in Prem, as he reckons he will be able to sell them at a profit in a while and clear his loan with them quicker.

Apparently his bank manager just raised his eyebrows and shook his head from left to right.
