13/9/2017 12:55 | My two penneth. I hold a large position in Prem and have been bullish on the assets but even I will have to consider my holdings if there is one more dilution. I believe in Georges aims in acquiring good future performing assets, its the dilution method that most holding shareholders have been hurt by. If you're watching George: "Keep up the good work but please no more dilutions!" | harrytrade
13/9/2017 12:28 | hitman. I have some small punt money in here, but i accept that you are likely correct. The assets are impressive, but the financing seems to be less so. | codydotcom
13/9/2017 11:53 | PREM >>> ZILCH VALUE | thehitman1
13/9/2017 11:38 | You can take it one stage further and say that when the share price was 3.5p it equated to about the same Mcap. Difference is we did not have the same assets. Progress has been made but at the sake of the number of shares in issue. However, if these assets perform as we hope then the share price and our grumblings of today will be a thing of the past. | vitec
13/9/2017 11:30 | Vitec, I agree is the market cap that counts not the share price. But remember there are two ways the market cap can increase. Either share price appreciation or dilution. And am afraid our market cap has tripled over last 11 months just on dilution alone. But we still sit about same price as October 2016. | jungmana
13/9/2017 11:24 | No I hadn't. Just focused on what was in issue. You are absolutely right that shares have been issued like confetti. Even I am fed up with the constant issuing and assurances. It is time to put up or shut up but I think that time is coming. At the end of the day it is the Mcap that counts and it is too low for a company that is holding the assets that PREM have. As I have repeatedly stated it comes down to trust and reputation. Until the trust has been restored and we start to see that the assets are starting to pay the share price will languish. We still have the 690 million shares that have been issued and this is based on a share price of 0.7p so there is still uncertainty as to how this is going to pan out. My feeling is that George is hoping for the proverbial white knight to come galloping over the hill. This will be Zulu. If he can get a good deal away and walk away with monies I can see the share price rising and a buy out of the YA deal. This will in a stroke change the picture. What George mustn't then go and do is start to buy other assets or more Circum shares by issuing more PREM shares. I have no issue with purchasing Circum shares but this must be from cash reserves. | vitec
13/9/2017 11:18 | Edit should read; if my maths is right .... | jungmana
13/9/2017 11:14 | Vitec - have you considered the shares due to YA? If must maths is right should be about 6.3bn in total today | jungmana
13/9/2017 11:13 | For 2 years prem share price has not had a breather. When the price gathers some strength and sentiment turns positive bang comes another dilution just for GR to go shopping .Darwin alone accounts for about half of our 6.3bn shares in issue. They made a killing here over the 2 years. | jungmana
13/9/2017 11:10 | Jung, where i agree with most of your post the number of share in issue as far as I know is 5.357 billion not 6.3 billion. Sorry if I am being pedantic. George should run a competition and give free breaks in the lodge to long suffering shareholders!! | vitec
13/9/2017 11:03 | In case most punters don't know tct has a 28 bed forestry and game Lodge. Is a get away place for upper class of Mozambique and a few from South Africa and Zimbavwe | jungmana
13/9/2017 11:00 | Bill, top post there. Some folks over the last 4 years of my involvement here only concentrate on the projects but can't see the damage to investors wealth GR does mainly through bad decisions. Just 11 months ago we had 1.9bn shares in issue, today is about 6.3bn and counting. And in that same period instead of concentrating on RHA, Zulu and circum , GR decide to go and buy toys; tct and 4.5% Casa. Tct, has a forestry and game lodge where he probably spends lots of time having fun. | jungmana
13/9/2017 09:36 | Ridiculous valuation We all know that YA ridiculous option to pursue. The share price would be many times where we are today on the back of expected Assays and ZULU news if George hadnt pursued this option. Muppet. I believe the share price is also languishing as YA are already selling shares forward as they are expecting another windfall imminently. Should I wish bad on them of course I should Are we likely to see the share price at 0.75 shortly regrettably not so YA will be laughing all the way to the Bank. George I am glad your exec are reigning you in and steering you away from CIRCUM We simply cannot afford to increase our stake. Please just concentrate on one world class asset at a time and to be honest in ZULU we now have two world class assets really!!!! | billthebank
13/9/2017 08:58 | Wally, I feel your frustration. You have reiterated basically what I said in a previous post. The market is unsure of the next move George is going to make. What I would say is that we know that Zulu is a world class asset and a company making asset. I am sure this will trigger the re-rate of PREM and then hopefully the flood gates will open. I see the ducks lining up as: 1. Zulu PEA completed and news regarding a deal 2. Possible sale or part sale of TCT IF 3. Optimisation of the plant at RHA, full production 4. Further news regarding Circum dare I say a liquidity event The order does not have to be correct for a re-rate to start but I am fairly sure that some or all of these will happen within the next 6 months some much sooner. | vitec
13/9/2017 08:47 | Lithium now $134 wow | doctor 69
13/9/2017 08:14 | Lithium up again today, just think how much this is going to help negotiations! By undertaking the PEA and adding several weeks for significant news its actually strengthening our hand no end! With the main zone and SE now being proved up we could have one hell of a JV/Sale on our hands... not too long to wait now. GLA | mike_f
12/9/2017 23:05 | You see that's the problem we are not sure about Aliens and we are not sure about George. Which will come first the discovery of extra terrestrials or George proving to the market he can actually make money? GLA we deserve answers soonest. | wallyjumblat
12/9/2017 22:44 | Does George have a death wish? Is George a con man? Is George just incompetent? Will George ever make you any money? Does George know more about Circum than us? Has George discovered a world class lithium resource? Has George finally got a Tungsten mine operating at a time the Tungsten price is going through the roof. Are there buyers for Zulu waiting in the wings? Will there be a liquidity event with Circum in the near future? Do you think Aliens actually exist are we really alone? | wallyjumblat
12/9/2017 19:42 | dingo7512 Sep '17 - 17:20 - 4370 of 4372 1 0 Let's remind us of the preliminary Lithium Target here? 80mt target from the main zone alone. people have missed some glaringly huge comparisons with other Jorc'd Lithium Companies. And why this is ludicrously valued, it should be many many times greater than where we are now. ==================== It would have been if GR hadn't screwed us over AGAIN with YA after promising he shouldn't all to chase more Circum !!! | ihavenoclue
12/9/2017 18:11 | Dingo, I think you will find that Zulu is now in the top 5 Lithium deposits. PREM has all of the pieces of the jigsaw to be valued considerably more. In fact, I would say that the component parts are valued more than the whole of PREM. The issue is the market is behind the curve and the reasons I would put forward are those of trust. I as a shareholder that has a large holding does not know what George's next move will be. Yes, we have assurances that no more shares will be issued at this time for Circum shares but we have had assurances before. No one should construe that my caution is that I have become negative. On the contrary, I believe the future will be very bright but sometimes when you have lost momentum what you have been saying needs to be translated into revenue and profits. The next 3 to 4 months will be critical and if as I believe, the assets should be valued considerably more than where we sit, my expectation is that the MCap will be a lot higher. GLA | vitec
12/9/2017 17:31 | The South Eastern Zone is the next to be Jorc'd up. Could we be looking at 150mt +? Or a lot lot more. Although RHA looks promising - it will wash it's own back and shoud provide a healthy profit to the company on a monthly basis especially W is 85% up since July, the sheer size of Zulu could put PREM into one of the Top 5 Lithium Deposits in the World. $300m mk cap and some. | dingo75
12/9/2017 17:20 | Let's remind us of the preliminary Lithium Target here? 80mt target from the main zone alone. people have missed some glaringly huge comparisons with other Jorc'd Lithium Companies. And why this is ludicrously valued, it should be many many times greater than where we are now. | dingo75
12/9/2017 16:49 | I have , up 13% is the best day for weeks , but take your point | doctor 69
12/9/2017 15:47 | Doctor ... yet we are still at 0.425p | ihavenoclue |
